YSR Navasakam Scheme 2020 Apply Online

Summary: YSR Navasakam, a revolutionary step towards implementation of the government’s welfare schemes, began across the State on Wednesday. The programme will be held till December 20.

Under YSR Navasakam, village/ward volunteers will conduct door-to-door survey till November 30 to identify all beneficiaries. Later, the list of all the identified will be displayed in the village/ward secretariats for social audit.

This will be followed by selection of the beneficiaries after organising gram sabhas. All the eligible will be sanctioned new cards from January 1, 2020 as the government has decided to provide separate cards for every scheme.

Step 3- Login page will displayed on screen.

Step 4- Now, Enter the CAPTCHA code by entering your user ID and password.

Step 5-Now you have to click on the “Login” option given on the website. Successfully Login through Official Website.

  • Click on login
  • Click on forgot password
  • Enter User id and click on send OTP
  • OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
  • Enter OTP, enter new password & confirm password(re enter) and enter captcha and
  • click on reset password.
  • You will receive Password changed message.
  • Click on login again.

Step 1- Visit the Official Website AP YSR Navasakam Scheme Portal i.e. navasakam.ap.gov.in.

Step 2- From the home page, go to the “Know Your Secretariat” option available in the menu bar.

Step 3- Now, you can check your district name and choose Urban or Rural.

Step 4- Now select the link given in the column (urban or rural) in district name.

Step 5- After this, you need to choose your Mandal name from list

Step 6- Select the link, given opposite to your Mandal name and note down your secretariat code appear on the screen.

Step 1- Visit the Official Website AP YSR Navasakam Scheme Portal i.e. navasakam.ap.gov.in.

Step 2- On the homepage, you have to click on the link secretariat staff mapping .

Step 3-  On this new page, there will be a list of district and click the link of your district.

Step 4- A list of Mandal Page show on the screen and click on the link of your Mandal

Step 5- The list of secretary name with ward number, ward welfare development secretary, ward administrative secretary, ward health secretary etc will be in front of you on your screen.

  • Government of Andhra Pradesh has taken initiative for the implementation of the various government schemes as soon as possible by launching a new scheme “YSR Navasakam”.
  • This is an implementation program of the AP state government. The government is going to identify the beneficiaries of all the schemes by following a definite procedure.

Objective of YSR Navasakam Scheme

The survey is motivated by the need to identify genuine beneficiaries for the welfare schemes under the government’s Navaratnalu programme. The government had initially considered using data from the Smart Pulse Survey (SPS) but has instead opted for a fresh survey, given that flaws and inconsistencies may arise if existing data are used.

The government has decided to give five different cards, which include a rice card, YSR Aarogyasri card, Jagananna Vidya card and YSR Pension Kanuka and Vasathi Deevena cards, separately to beneficiaries, based on their socioeconomic condition. We have been directed to prepare a detailed list of beneficiaries eligible for different schemes.

YSR Cheyutha Scheme

In another step towards women empowerment, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will launch the YSR Cheyutha scheme, which will benefit 23 lakh women of SC, ST, BC and minority communities in the age group of 45-60 years. Each eligible beneficiary would be directly paid a total amount of Rs 75,000 in four years at the rate of Rs 18,750 per annum. The government would spend an amount of Rs 17,000 crore on the scheme.

The government has already signed memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with multinational companies such as Amul, ITC, HUL, P&G and Reliance, and banks to realise the goal of women empowerment.

The annual amount received by women eligible for pension is Rs  27,000 at the rate of Rs  2,250 per month. In addition to it, they would receive Rs  18,750 per annum under YSR Cheyutha. The total amount comes to Rs  45,750 per annum.

YSR Rice Card

  1. Government have decided to issue new Rice cards to all eligible families and enroll all eligible missing cases.
  2. Total family income should be less than Rs. 10,000 per month in rural areas and Rs. 12,000/- per month in urban areas.
  3. Total land holding of the family should be less than 3 acres of wet land or 10 acres of dry land or 10 acres of both wet and dry land together.
  4. Monthly electricity consumption should be less than 300 units.
  5. No family member should be Government employee or pensioner (all sanitary workers are exempted.)
  6. Family should not own 4 wheeler (Taxi, Auto, Tractors Exempted)
  7. No family member should pay income tax.
  8. In urban areas family who owns no property or less than 750 sft built up area.

YSR Netanna Nestham

To assist every weaver family who owns a handloom to modernise their equipment and to compete with power loom sector by providing Rs. 24,000/- per annum. This scheme shall be implemented from December 2019.

  1. The weaver family shall be under Below Poverty Line.
  2. One benefit for one weaver family irrespective of number of looms owned by them.

Department of Handlooms and Textiles has already identified the eligible beneficiaries for sanction of financial assistance under the scheme.

YSR Pension Kanuka Card

To extend the Social Security Pensions, Government have revised the eligibility norms:

Total family income should be less than Rs. 10,000 per month in rural areas and Rs. 12,000/- per month in urban areas.

  1. Total land holding of the family should be less than 3 acres of wet land or 10 acres of dry land or 10 acres of both wet and dry land together.
  2. Monthly electricity consumption should be less than 300 units.
  3. No family member should be Government employee or pensioner
  4. Family should not own 4 wheeler (Taxi, Auto, Tractors Exempted)
  5. No family member should pay income tax.
  6. In urban areas family who owns no property or less than 750 sft built up area.

YSR Aarogyasri Card :

All households :

  1. with annual income of less than or upto 5 lakhs is eligible.
  2. Land holding less than 12 acres of wet or 35 acres of dry or a total of 35 acres (wet & Dry).
  3. Not having more than one personal car
  4. Families who own no property or less than3000 sft built up area in urban area
  5. Government employees are covered under employee health scheme . Therefore not covered under YSR Aarogyasri Card.

Jagananna Vidya Deevena (RTF) & Jagananna Vasathi Deevena

Deevena (MTF) Cards:

  1. Under Jaganann Vidya Deevena complete fee reimbursement (RTF).
  2. Under Jagananna Vasathi Deevena Rs. 20,000/- per annum will be provided to every student for food and hostel expenses from the year 2019-2020.
  3. All the students pursuing Polytechnic, ITI, Degree and above level courses in Government, Aided, Private Colleges affiliated to State Universities / Boards.

As per the Assurance made by the Hon’ble CM , to reduce interest burden on poor SHG women, it is proposed to pay interest portion for the FY 2019-20 on SHG bank loan amount outstanding as on 11/04/2019 under YSR Sunna Vaddi

Jagananna Amma Vodi

Jagananna Amma Vodi is the one of flagship programme announced by the Hon’ble Chief Minister under Navaratnalu for providing financial assistance to each mother/ recognized guardian who is below poverty line, irrespective of caste, creed, religion and region to enable her to educate her child / children from class I to XII in all types of Schools / Jr. Colleges from Academic Year 2019-2020.

The objective of the scheme is to financially empower Kapu women above 45 years of age by enhancing their livelihood opportunities and living standards with financial assistance of Rs.75,000/-at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per annum.

Honorarium to Imams, Muazams, Pastors and increase in salaries to Archakas

The Hon’ble Chief Minister`s assurance to pay Honorarium to the Pastors, Imams & Muazzins and increase in salaries to Archakas. Detailed guidelines will be issued by the concerned Departments.

Financial Assistance to Nayee Brahmins, Rajakas and Tailors

Financial Assistance of 10000 (Ten Thousand Rupees only) Per year will be provided to the Nayee Brahmins, Rajakas and Tailors in BC Community.

YSR VAHANA MITRA SCHEME

AP Auto Driver Scheme has been launched by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy Government on 5th September 2019. “YSR Vahan Mitra” or AP Auto Driver scheme is basically a welfare scheme in the state of Andhra Pradesh which is aimed to improve the quality of life of the Self owned taxi, Auto and maxi cab drivers in the state.
