Summary: AP YSR Housing Scheme 2023 was launched by the State Government of Andhra Pradesh to provide housing facilities for the poor. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has introduced this scheme. By scrutinizing the application forms, the AP state government is going to approve the housing facilities to the eligible people.
AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, as announced in the election manifesto 2019, proposed this scheme under the name of Former AP CM Late YS Rajasekhar Reddy as ” YSR Housing Scheme”, also called as YSR Avaas Yojana, and colloquially called as ” Pedalaku Illu Pattaalu” in vernacular.

YSR Housing Scheme Online Registration Process
AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been announced his brainchild project ” YSR Housing Scheme (PMAY YSR)” that benefits the people of the state whose dream is to have their own house. The process of applying for YSR Housing Scheme in online or offline mode has not been started yet by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for the purpose of providing housing to the poor.
Procedure to Apply Online Illa Pattalu YSR Housing Scheme Application Form 2023
Step 1- Visit the Official Website of YSR Housing Scheme i.e. https://apgovhousing.apcfss.in/.
Step 2- On the Homepage, under the eligibility criteria can take benefit from their scheme by “Apply Online” button.
Step 3- Application Form page will be displayed on the screen.
Step 4- Now enter the required details (Mention all the details such as name, father/ husband name, date of birth, gender, caste and other information) and upload documents.
Step 5- Click on Submit Button for the final submission of the application.
Important Note:
- The process to apply the application form online is not yet disclosed by the state government.
- Applicants need to wait for the official announcement from the government or housing corporation has started.
- Once the application is submitted, next you need to search for the sanction list.
YSR Housing Scheme 2023 illa Pattalu Status Check : AP illa Pattalu Final List
Step 1- To check the status in the YSR Housing Scheme Sanction List, follow the below steps:
Step 2- Go to the official website to find the YSR Housing Scheme Sanction List of this scheme
Step 3- Find YSR Housing Scheme Sanction list 2023 in the website and click on it to download the list
Step 4- Download the complete list and find your name on the list.
Step 5- Check for your name, father’s name, and mobile number in the sanction list.
Step 6- Once you find your name on the list, it’s clear that your application form has been accepted.
Step 7- Only the list of candidates who are sanctioned for the scheme will be appearing in the list
YSR Housing Distribution
This 25th December will leave an impression on welfare governance. Under the dynamic leadership of chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, history is being made in AP with free housing site ‘pattas’ to 30,75,755 women beneficiaries. Moreover, the construction work of 15,60,000 houses in the first phase will be initiated on the same day.
Comparison of YSR housing scheme with TIDCO
This is in keeping with the Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s padayatra promise of providing pucca houses to the poor. The Chief Minister will initiate the programme at Komaragiri layout of U Kothapalli mandal in East Godavari district. The day will also mark the commencement of construction of 15.60 lakh houses in the first phase. In addition to these, the government will also distribute sale agreements for 2.60 lakh TIDCO houses.
In regards to TIDCO housing, the N. Chandrababu Naidu led government had left a debt of Rs 3200 Crore for constructing 2,62,216 houses, of which 1,43,600 houses with 300 sq ft, 44,300 houses with 365 sq ft, and 74,300 houses with 430 sq ft are under construction. So far, the AP government cleared Rs 1200 Crore debt and soon the rest of the amount will be cleared in two phases.
YSR Housing Scheme Energy Efficient Houses
To make sure houses are energy efficient, state government is building energy efficient project in Andhra Pradesh with the support of BEE and Swiss Confederation and with the assistance of APSECM in economically housing programme. Under the programme, innovative Indo-Swiss energy efficient and thermally comfortable (EETC) technology building designs would be incorporated in the houses, which is affordable and helps to reduce temperature by 2-4 degrees inside the houses comparing to the outside temperature.
Budget Sanction For Housing Scheme
For this flagship programme, the AP government has acquired 68,361 acres, valued at Rs 23,535 crore. In the first phase, 16 lakh houses will be constructed. Each house is expected to cost Rs 1.8 lakh, and a total of Rs 28,800 crore will be spent on the scheme. Construction of second phase of YSR Pedalandariki illu is to commence on December 25, As many as 28.30 lakh houses will be built in phases over three years.

After almost seven postponements, the much-awaited flagship welfare scheme of YSR Congress government ‘Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu’ is all set for its launch on Friday marking this year’s Christmas. Spread over 15 days, house pattas would be distributed to 30 lakh women across all districts barring those having court cases.

Flat Distribution under Pedalandariki Illu Housing
Minister Kodali Srivenkateswara Rao, Perni Venkataramaiah and other leaders of ruling party refuted the allegations of TD. They claimed that the TD government committed corruption in the house construction and failed to provide houses to beneficiaries. The YSRC government is offering house sites free of cost and in a transparent manner.

The CM wanted to see an increase in the number of houses to be taken up in the first phase in Vizag, Kurnool and Nellore districts.
