World Elephant Day is an international event that is observed on 12th August to create awareness regarding the preservation and protection of the world’s elephants. Elephants are one of the most unique-looking animals on earth. They have a long nose or trunk; large, floppy ears; and broad, thick legs. There is no other animal with a similar physique.
