To avail of this scheme, your residence certificate, all school certificates, age proof, income certificate, Aadhaar card, bank details will have to be given. The applicant must be a permanent resident of West Bengal state. The applicant’s age must be between 13 years to 18 years. The applicant must be Unmarried.
