(Beneficiary Status) Uttar Pradesh Gopalak Yojana 2022: Online Registration, Verification, Selection, Objectives, Eligibility & Benefits

• The government of Uttar Pradesh has come up with the Gopalak Yojana for unemployed youth. People availing Gopalak scheme will get loan easily by banks.

• Applicant must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh.
• The annual income of the applicant under this scheme should be Rs 1 lakh or less.
• Only those who are unemployed will get the benefit of Uttar Pradesh Gopalak Yojana.

Other conditions for the scheme

• The annual income of a person to participate in the Gopalak scheme should not exceed one lakh.
• Animals will be purchased from the cattle fair under the Gopalak scheme.
• At the same time, animals should be absolutely healthy under this scheme.
• They should not have any disease. The animals will be insured under the scheme.

In the Gopalak Yojana, cattle rangers will have to build a cattle shed at a cost of one and a half lakhs per 10 animals. Under the Gopalak scheme, the bank will give loan only if you keep at least 5 animals. If there is less animal than this, the bank will not give loan. In the Gopalak Yojana, if only five animals want to be reared, they will not get the second installment. A total of 9 lakh rupees will be given in the Gopalak scheme.

Purchase criteria decided under the scheme

• Animals should be purchased on a priority basis in animal fairs in the state itself
• Animals to be purchased should be of first or second diet and milk production. – Not less than ten liters per animal per day
• The animal to be purchased should not have been married for more than two months
• All animals should be disease-free and healthy
• All animals purchased should be insured through the Livestock Insurance Scheme

Selection of animals for Gopalak Yojana

• Animals will be purchased from the cattle fair under the Gopalak scheme.
• Whatever animals will be purchased under the Gopalak scheme, they should be millers. 
• Animals should be absolutely healthy under Uttar Pradesh Gopalak Yojana, they should not have any disease.
• Animals will be insured under the Gopalak scheme.
• Gopalan can only take part in the scheme which is interested in cattle.

Selection of Beneficiary for Gopalak Yojana

• A selection committee will be formed at the district level for the scheme.
• Through which the beneficiaries of the scheme will be selected. Its nodal will be made to the Chief Veterinary Officer.
• While the chairman of the selection committee will be the Chief Development Officer.
• Chief Veterinary Officer Secretary and Chief Minister Gopalak will be the nodal officers of the scheme as members.
• Through which the beneficiaries of the scheme will be selected.
• Nodal officers of the scheme will also be deployed at tehsil and block levels.
• Through which the file of the beneficiaries of the scheme selection up to the Chief Veterinarian will be sent to the selection chemist for approval.

• The benefits of this scheme will be taken as more and more youth can take advantage of it so that unemployment in Uttar Pradesh can be reduced and they can get employment.
• Providing employment opportunities Under this scheme, loans will be provided to the unemployed youth of the state by the Uttar Pradesh Government Bank for opening dairy forms. So that he can start his own employment.

• Under this, the state government is helping unemployed youth to start their employment through dairy farms.
• For this, banks are giving loans very easily.
• Under the scheme, 40 thousand rupees per year will be provided by the bank for 5 years.
• Uttar Pradesh Gopalak Yojana will benefit 10 cattle rearing keepers.
• The option of keeping cow or buffalo in the plan is open.
• Under the Gopalak Yojana, the animal should be a milk miller.

• The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has started the Gopalak scheme for unemployed youth.
• The person applying for the scheme must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh.
• In the Gopalak scheme, the cattle ranger will have to build a cattle shed at a cost of Rs 1.5 lakh for 10 animals. If you have a work animal, you will not get loan from the bank nor will you get the benefit of this scheme.
• The selection committee will select the beneficiaries of the scheme
• The verification of the scheme will be done through the Chief Veterinarian.
• The Directorate can also get the scheme verified based on the report given by the CVO.
