The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) has cancelled the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test 2021 which was scheduled to be conducted today. As per the reports, UPTET 2021 exam was cancelled because of a question paper leak on the WhatsApp group. The UPTET 2021 exam will now be conducted after a month. The exact date of the UPTET exam will be announced later by UPBEB. Candidates need not be required to pay any application fee again.

What is the Qualifying marks in Uptet?
The exam is based on the Government of India’s National Curriculum Framework for Teacher Education, and is a mandatory qualification for incoming teachers for Classes I through VIII. People with professional teaching qualifications, including the B.T.C (D.El.Ed), B.Ed, and B.El.Ed, are eligible to take the test. The Unreserved Candidates must score over 60% to pass and SC / ST / OBC / FF / EWS / PWD must score over 55% to Pass.

How to challenge the UP TET answer key?
Candidates need to submit your objections against the UPTET answer key in online mode. The last date for raising objections against the preliminary answer key is January 17. Based on the objections received, UPTET final answer key will be released on January 31.
