Umeed Career Portal Online Registration Process

For the students of government schools, their career expectation will now increase from the portal. Actually, a portal named Asha has been started by the Directorate of School Education. Through which students studying in the 10th and 12th grades of government schools will have career-related benefits. Teachers and Students both can now register online at Umeed Career Guidance Portal. The online training for both teachers and students has been started from 18 November 2020.

The name of the Career Guidance Portal was developed at www.umeedcareerportal.com. For this there was a partnership with Madhavi Professional Service. Only students of government schools will be able to use it.

All Eligible Applicants who want to apply this scheme then read all instructions carefully and follow the given below steps to apply online application form:

Procedure to Login at Umeed Career Portal 2022

Step 1- Visit the Official Website of Umeed Career Portal i.e. umeedcareerportal.com.

Step 2- On the Homepage, go to Login here to enter the Career Dashboard under “लॉग इन करें” option.

Step 3- If you are a teacher you will have to enter the school ID and if you are a student you will have to enter the SRN number.

Step 4- After this, you have to enter the password.

Step 5- Now you have to click on the link to login.

Note: Enter your SRN registration number and password to login to your career dashboard. You will get information about careers, colleges, entrance exams, vocational courses and scholarships by login. If there is any doubt regarding the SRN registration number, contact the teacher. After which they will be able to take help of this portal. Before this, there will be online training for teachers on November 17, while on November 19, students will be able to get career guidance.

Umeed Career Portal 2022: Online Application Form PDF Download – After completing school education, students leave to make a career. Even after that, we are not able to choose the right area due to a lack of proper guidance. For such students, the Department of Education has created an expectation portal. Now all 10th to 12th grade students can get career guidance through the official website. Both teachers and students can now register online on Asha Career Portal / Guidance Portal. Online training for both teachers and students has been started from 18 November 2020.

Role of PGTs in Training Session

Teachers’ training will be in online mode. Umeed Center Counselor will register PGT attendance. Training time is given from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Interested teachers have to visit https://umeedcareerportal.com/ link to participate in it.

The training schedule has been set for the students on 19 November. Students of class X and XII will be able to participate in it. For this, students have been given time from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. For this, students have to register on the department’s link https://umeedcareerportal.com/.

All PGTs should visit the career guidance portal before teacher training session in order to avail full benefit of training session. Teachers should make students aware about the programme and share information about Umeed Program on student Whatsapp groups.

After passing 10th or 12th, students of government schools face all kinds of problems regarding careers. The Directorate of School Education has set up UMEEDs (counseling centers) in various districts to provide counseling and guidance services for the overall development and physical welfare of the students.
