Udise Plus School Login & Form Filling Process

UDISE Plus is online software and is very important for teachers in schools as it makes it easy for the daily report version of the school to have all the real time data on the UDISE Plus online portal. For this, UDES Plus collects and analyzes the progress of schools in states and union territories.

How to fill UDISE+ Online Form / Application DCF Format 2023-24?

Step 1- The DCF in PDF format can be downloaded from udiseplus.gov.in.

Step 2- Schools that have internet access have to provide data directly in the online UDISE+ software.

Step 3- Schools that do not have internet access have to fill the physical DCF and the Block MIS coordinator shall feed the data of all such schools online using the UDISE+ software.

Step 4- All schools in all UTs including Delhi and Puducherry have to provide data directly through the software.

Step 5- In the rare cases where such schools do not have any internet access, the data shall be entered in PC/Laptop in offline mode and uploading may be done at BRC/CRC/URC where an internet facility is available.

Step 6- To ensure data accountability, a certificate will be generated through the software at all levels and data can be submitted only after certifying for 100% coverage and correctness of data. The person certifying data shall be held responsible for all the data he/she is certifying.

School Management Udise Plus Login Procedure:

Step 1– The School management for State/UT, District, and Block MIS Coordinators should visit the UDISE+ Online portal i.e. http://udiseplus.gov.in/mainhome/.

Step 2– On the UDISE Plus Home Page, Users should go to the School management Login Section and Click on the Login button.

Step 3– Then, the School Management like Teachers and Staff should enter the User name, Password, Captcha code, and hit on the Login Button.

Step 4– After login, the School management UDISE+ Page, the Users can update the data and Collect the Date.

Step 1– All Users like Teachers, Parents, and Children who want to enter the date on the UDISE+ portal should go through the official website i.e.https://udiseplus.gov.in/.

Step 3– Then, users should enter the user name, Password, and enter the data by login into the all users page.

Step 4– You can select either the First or Second Option and Download the School Report Card by entering the State and UDISE Code.

Step 1- First of all, you have to visit the official website of the UDISE Plus Portal.

Step 2- On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the registration tab.

Udise Plus 2023-24: UDISE+ School Login, Online Registration | Dashboard, School Report Card – The Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Human Resource Development envisaged establishing Unified District Information on School Education Plus (UDISE+) which currently caters to over 1.5 million schools, 9+ million primary and secondary teachers and more than 260 million enrolments. Data is being collected by filling Data Capture Format (DCF) forms on several sections/parameters like School particulars, Infrastructure, teachers, enrolments and examination results etc. This document provides guidelines for filling up the UDISE+ Data Capture Format (DCF) or enables support in the collection of quality data at the school level allowing all personnel involved in the collection of UDISE+ data to follow the same definitions.

Features of UDISE+

The salient features of UDISE+ can be categorized under the following heads:

  1. Data capture
    • Online uploading of data: to enable real-time exchange of information, online uploading of UDISE+ data has been made mandatory from 2018-19.

DCF Data Entry

The DCF is covered into eleven sections, and each section contains multiple school information areas as follow:

UDISE Code

A unique UDISE code is given to every school that gets onboarded on the UDISE+ platform,with the school details captured through online DCF (Data Capture Form). The code acts as a unique identifier for all such recognized and unrecognized schools imparting formal education from pre-primary to XII, onboarded on UDISE+ platform.

    • The 11-digit UDISE code acts as a unique identifier for all the recognized and unrecognized schools imparting formal education from pre-primary to XII, onboarded on UDISE+ platform.
    • UDISE code is associated with school which has a lifecycle from opening to closure. UDISE code also follows the similar lifecycle. It has four stages:

1. UDISE code generation

2. Modification in school details

3. Change in UDISE status

4. Permanent Closure of School

  • UDISE code is permanent in nature and once assigned to a specific school, and the UDISE code becomes permanent for a school. The UDISE code can be changed manually by the centre only when the district or state of a school changes.
  • In the current UDISE+, UDISE code once generated shall be strictly allocated to single school only. Even in case of permanently closed schools, UDISE code would be archived.

How U-DISE code is generated?

Step 1- The process of getting a U-DISE Code for a school starts with a school registering itself through the SDMS portal.

Step 2- After successful initialization of school, corresponding Block Education Officers(BEO) are get notified.

Step 3- After that Block Education Officers(BEO) map this school to a cluster and send the school for details verification at the mapped cluster.

Step 4- After successful verification from cluster official, Block Education Officers(BEO) can take approve/reject actions for that school.

Step 5- A provisional U-DISE Code is generated for the school when school is approved by Block Education Officers(BEO).

Step 6- After approvals from the Block Education Officers(BEO), the school is approved by District Education officers(DEO) to generate a final U-DISE Code for the school.

This process will take 10-15 days to complete.
