This programme was started by Telangana state’s chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to support the development of underprivileged groups by giving sheep to members of the Golla and Kurma casts at a 75% subsidy. Telangana Sheep Distribution Scheme Eligibility
- A person must be a Telangana resident for a long period of time in order to apply.
