Maternity Assistance Scheme-

The benefit of this scheme is payable up to a maximum of three deliveries. 45 days minimum wage for registered women workers, and Rs.1400. Nutrition allowance for rural area and Rs.1000. For urban area and 15 days minimum wage for registered male workers. Assistance limited to 3 children (on the basis of minimum wage declared on 1st April every year) Application must be submitted to Civil Surgeon / Block Medical Officer and Health Officer within 60 days from the date of delivery!

Medical Assistance Scheme-

As per the revised notification dated 19 October 2007, all the registered construction workers are covered under Janani Suraksha Yojana, Deendayal Antyodaya Treatment Scheme, State/District Illness Assistance Fund, Health Insurance Scheme for registered unorganized construction workers living below poverty line. , any other life insurance, health assistance scheme of the government in which the eligibility of registered construction worker comes, benefits will be received. Marriage Assistance Scheme-

Under the scheme, 25 thousand rupees per marriage assistance and in case of mass marriage, 23 thousand rupees and 2 thousand rupees per marriage is payable separately to the organizer. The applicant has to apply 1 day before the proposed date of marriage. Signature of the registered construction worker and his daughter is required. It is necessary to apply to the Chief Executive Officer in rural areas, Janpad Panchayat and Commissioner / Chief Municipal Officer in urban areas, Municipal Corporation / Municipality till one day before the marriage.

Education for incentive funds scheme

 Through this scheme, incentive amount is provided to the children and wife of construction worker. This incentive amount ranges from ₹ 500 to ₹ 10000. To get the benefit of this scheme, it is mandatory for the student to be a regular student studying in the educational institution. The applicant has to submit the application form by 31st March. The amount of incentive will be provided by the principal or head of the institution of the approved government school or college.

Meritorious student students the cash award scheme

 Through this scheme, cash prize money will be provided to meritorious students, which will range from ₹ 2000 to ₹ 10000 for boys and ₹ 3000 to ₹ 12000 for girl students. Only students studying regularly are eligible to get the benefit of this scheme. To get the benefit of this scheme, the applicant has to fill the application form in the prescribed form and submit it by March 31. The amount of incentive will be provided through the principal/ head of the institution of the approved government school/college.

Death of state in funeral assistance scheme

This scheme has been started with the objective of providing financial assistance to the construction workers and improving the standard of living. Through this scheme, if the construction worker dies due to a simple reason and his age is 45 years or less, then in this situation ₹ 75000 will be provided to him. If the age of the worker is 45 years or more, then in case of normal death, ₹ 25000 will be provided to him. In case of death due to accident, an amount of ₹ 100000 will be provided. If the death occurs during construction work then in this situation ₹ 200000 will be provided to the worker.

In case of permanent disability due to construction work, an assistance amount of ₹ 75000 will be provided to the worker. Apart from this, then funeral assistance of ₹ 5000 will also be provided in case of death. The application under this scheme has to be submitted within six months.
