SFURTI KVIC Online Registration Process

The SFURTI-Scheme of Fund for Regeneration of Traditional Industries was launched in 2005. It is promoting the production of Khadi industry. RISC (Rural Industries Service Center) is being implemented under this scheme.

All Eligible Applicants who want to apply this scheme then read all instructions carefully and follow the given below steps to apply online application form:

Procedure to Apply Online SFURTI Yojana Application Form 2020

Step 1- Visit the Official Website of SFURTI Yojana i.e. sfurti.msme.gov.in.

Step 2- On the Homepage, Click on the Option “SignUP” button.

Step 3- The SFURTI application page will be displayed on the screen.

Step 4- Now Select Agency Type and Choose Organization Category under Choose Agency Option.

Step 5- The SFURTI Registration Form will be shown on the web browser page.

Step 6- Now enter the User Name, Email ID, Address, Pincode, State, District, Password, Mobile Number and Verification Code.

Step 7- After this, Click on Submit Button for the final submission of the registration.

Step 8- After Login Your SFURTI Account, Send New Proposal Details and Upload required documents.

Step 9- Finally, Click on the Submit Button of SFURTI Proposal Form.

Step 10- In this way to complete the registration Process.

Submission of Proposals

Proposal for appointment of new Nodal Agency (NA) (one hard copy and one soft copy) in the prescribed proforma as in Annexure-3 as required along with necessary enclosures and endorsement from the Head of the Institution/Agency/Trust/Company desirous of being empanelled as Nodal Agency for anchoring Cluster development may be sent to the following address:-

Appraisal and Approval:

The proposals for engaging the Nodal Agency will be appraised based on the track record, merit and strategies of the entity in promoting cluster development. The appraisal will be done by the Scheme Steering Committee, constituted by the M/oMSME. The SSC shall take a final decision for approval of designated Nodal Agency.

SFURTI Yojana Eligibility Criteria

Beneficiary Guidelines
  •  The applicant must be a permanent resident of India.

Eligibility for Selection of Clusters

  • The clusters would be from the khadi, coir and village industries including leather and pottery.
  • The geographical distribution of the clusters across the country has to be at least 10 percent in the Northern regions.
  • The selection of clusters will be based on their geographical concentrations which are located in one or two revenue sub-divisions of about 500 beneficiary families of artisans / micro-enterprises , raw material suppliers , traders , service providers, etc. , in the districts (or contiguous districts).

Objectives of SFURTI Yojana 2020

SCHEME OBJECTIVE
  • To develop clusters of traditional industries in the country over a period of five years.
  • To provide sustained employment for traditional industry artisans and rural entrepreneurs.
  • To strengthen the cluster governance systems with the active participation of the stakeholders.
  • To make provision for common facilities and improved tools and equipment for artisans to promote optimum utilization of infrastructure facilities
  • These clusters will focus on products made of silk, handicrafts, cane and bamboo.

Major Benefits

Financial Assistance – BENEFICIARY BENEFITS
The financial support granted for any project shall be a maximum of Rs. 8 Crore.

  • For heritage clusters (1000-2500 artisans), a budget limit of Rs. 8 crores would be provided.
  • For significant clusters (500-1000 artisans), a budget limit of Rs. 3 crore would be provided.
  • For a mini-cluster (up to 500 artisans), a budget limit of Rs. 1.50 crore would be the budget limit.
  • For NER/ Jammu and Kashmir and Hill States, there will be a 50% reduction in the number of artisans per cluster.
