  • The applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana
  • Aadhaar Number, if any, of the applicant, father, mother, guardian (if applicable).
  • PAN, if any, of the father and mother of the applicant.
  • Scanned copy of Below Poverty Line Certificate, if applicable.
