- The Chief Minister said that the State Government is encouraging such marriage conventions through Mukhyamantri Samuhik Vivah Yojana. To encourage inter-caste marriages, Dr. Savita Ben Ambedkar Inter-caste Marriage Promotion Scheme has been started, under which about 1575 couples have been benefitted in the last three years.
- Apart from this, 31 thousand rupees are being given under the Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana (Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojna) for the marriage of girls belonging to SC, ST and minority BPL families.
Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana Online Registration Process
The Government of Rajasthan has made a budget of more than 12 crores for Rajasthan Kanya Shadi Sahyog Yojana and has to provide assistance to the girls of financially weak or poor families of Rajasthan. Under the Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana, BPL families of scheduled castes, tribes and minorities, specially abled people, state level women players, benefitted sections in Palanhar scheme, BPL Antyodaya faith card holder families of other categories and girls of financially weak widow women. Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana can be applied through both online and offline means. The application can be made one month before the marriage or up to 6 months after the marriage.

Step 1- Visit the Official Website of Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana under Emitra Operator i.e. jankalyan.rajasthan.gov.in.
Step 2- On the Homepage, Click on the Option “Rajasthan Chief Minister Kanyadan Yojana” link to the E-mitra operator.

Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana 2022: Online Application Form
Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana 2022: Online Application Form PDF Download – Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana has been launched by the Government of Rajasthan. Through this scheme, girls of BPL family, girls of Antyodaya family, girl of Aastha cardholder family and financially such families in which there is no earning person and girls of widow women will be provided assistance for marriage. This financial assistance will range from ₹ 31000 to ₹ 41000. Only two girls from each family are eligible to get the benefit of this scheme. The age of the girl child should be 18 years or above to get the benefit of this scheme. The implementation of this scheme will be reviewed at the district level. A monitoring committee will be constituted under the chairmanship of the District Collector.
Amount to be received under Kanya Shaadi Sahyog Yojana:
- On marriage after 18 years: 20000 thousand rupees
- 10th pass after marriage: 30000 rupees
- Graduation pass bass: Rs. 40,000
- The applicant has to submit the application form in the prescribed format.
- This application will be sent to the District Magistrate 1 month before the date of marriage or 6 months after the date of marriage.
- The application will be disposed of within a maximum period of 15 days.
- If the application is being made by the applicant before marriage
- In this situation, the verification of the application will be confirmed by the District Officer himself.
- In case of application after marriage, it is necessary to submit marriage registration certificate.
- It is mandatory to submit self attested photocopy of BPL card as proof of applicant being a BPL selected family.
- If the applicant is from Antyodaya family then it is mandatory to submit the photocopy of Antyodaya card.
- In case the applicant is a holder of Aastha Card, it is mandatory to submit a photocopy of Aastha Card.
- In urban areas or rural areas, the application will be submitted to the District Magistrate.
- The benefit amount will be directly transferred to the applicant’s account.
- The District Magistrate will also provide a congratulatory message to the applicant along with a copy of the approval from the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan.
Review of implementation of Rajasthan Chief Minister Kanyadan Yojana
- A monitoring committee will be constituted under the chairmanship of the District Collector.
- The operation and implementation of the scheme at the district level will be reviewed by this monitoring committee.
- The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad and all development officers will be members of the Panchayat Samiti in the monitoring committee.
- The District Magistrate will be the member secretary of the committee.
- The meeting of this committee will be held every three months.
- The committee will apprise its suggestion and requirement to the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment.

Beneficiary Eligibility Guidelines:
- The benefit of this scheme will be provided only to the native citizens of Rajasthan.
- The applicants of this scheme will be the parents/guardians of the marriageable girl child.
- To get the benefit of Rajasthan Kanyadan Yojana, the age of the girl child should be 18 years or more.
- Financial assistance will be provided on the marriage of maximum two girls of a family.
- Benefit will be provided under this scheme on the marriage of daughters of all BPL families.
- Assistance will be provided on marriage of girl child of Antyodaya family, Aastha card holder family, financially weak women, specially abled persons, beneficiaries in Palanhar.
- On the marriages of women players themselves.
- Under this scheme, the eligibility for grant for marriage of daughters of financially weak widow women will be as follows:-
- A woman whose husband has died and has not remarried.
- The annual income of a widow from all sources should not exceed Rs. 50000/-.
- There should not be any earning member in the family of 25 years of age or more.
- Such a marriageable girl, whose both parents have died, and the guardian taking care of her can be applied by the widowed woman holding the above eligibility.
- Such a marriageable girl whose both parents have died and the income of any member of the family does not exceed ₹ 50000.
- For the marriage of girl children, the assistance scheme operated by the state government in the past or grants-in-aid has been received for the marriage of widowed daughters, those girl children will also be considered included in the maximum number of children in this new scheme.
Objectives of Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana 2022
Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojna started with the objective of providing financial assistance for the marriage of a girl child of 18 years of age and above for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Minorities, Economically Weaker families, living below the poverty line and widowed women has been done. Under this scheme, financial assistance ranging from Rs.21000/- to Rs.51000/- is provided.
Benefits and Features of Rajasthan Chief Minister Kanyadan Yojana
- This scheme has been started by the Government of Rajasthan to provide financial assistance in the marriage of girls from poor families.
