The Mukhyamantri Corona Sahayata Yojana has been started by the Government of Rajasthan. Through this scheme, economic, social and educational support will be provided by the government to the orphaned children, widowed women and their children due to coronavirus. This Mukhyamantri Corona Sahayata Yojana 2022 will be implemented in the entire state.
With this, all the beneficiaries will be able to get the amount regularly in their bank accounts every month. As soon as the amount is transferred to the account, SMS will also be sent by the portal on the transfer of amount to the mobile of the beneficiary concerned.
Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Corona Sahayata Yojana Grant/Financial Assistance
Subsidies
- A lump sum amount of ₹ 100000 will be provided to each boy and girl for urgent need.
- Every boy and girl will be provided a pension of ₹ 2500 per month till the age of 18 years.
- After completion of 18 years of age, a lump sum amount of ₹ 500000 will also be provided through this scheme.
- The amount of benefit will be transferred to the bank account of the orphan girl.
educational/other support
- Free education will be provided to the orphaned boy/girl till class 12th through Government Residential School/Hostel/School.
- All those girl students who are studying in the college will be given priority admission in the hostels run by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment.
- To provide accommodation facilities to all those students who are studying in the college, the benefit of Ambedkar DBT Voucher Scheme will be provided.
- Under the Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana, unemployment allowance will be provided on priority.
Financial assistance for widow women
- A lump sum grant amount of ₹ 100000 will be provided to the widow woman.
- A pension of ₹ 1500 per statue will also be provided to the widowed woman.
Financial assistance for the children of widow women
- A pension of ₹ 1000 per month will be provided till the age of 18 years.
- An amount of ₹ 2000 per year will be provided per boy/girl till the age of 18 years for school uniform, textbook etc.
Selection Process of Mukhyamantri Corona Sahayata Yojana
- All the eligible beneficiaries will be identified by the District Collector.
- After verification of all the identified beneficiaries, the payment acceptance order will be issued within seven days.
- Benefit amount will be paid through DBT in the account of eligible beneficiaries.
- In case of orphan boy/girl, the amount will be paid in the joint bank account of foster and child.
- In the case of widow women and their children, the amount will be paid in the account of the widow woman.
- Beneficiaries under this scheme will be paid from the amount available in the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
- The implementation, monitoring and budget allocation of this scheme will be done by the officer-in-charge with the permission of the Commissioner/Director, Social Justice and Empowerment Department.
- Payment will be processed in the first week of every month.

Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Corona Sahayata Yojana Eligibility Criteria
Beneficiary Eligibility Guidelines:
- Applicant should be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
- Orphaned children, girl children and widowed women and their children are eligible to get the benefit of the scheme in case of death due to coronavirus on the basis of evidence by the District Collector.
Here are the eligibility rules
- In case of death due to corona disease, assistance will be provided on the basis of certification of widow or orphan. There is no restriction of maximum age and age.
- Beneficiaries can also benefit from this scheme as well as other schemes of the central and state government.
- Widow women will get the benefit of only one of the Corona Widow Pension or Social Security Pension Scheme.
- Orphaned children will be benefited from Chief Minister’s Corona Child Assistance in place of normal parenting scheme.
- In the event of taking benefit of Corona Warrior Scheme and having permanent personnel in government service or government undertaking, the family members will not be eligible for this scheme.
- Cancellation of Corona Widow Pension will be done in the event of the widow woman being appointed in the government service or remarried.
- Chief Minister Corona child assistance will be provided to orphan children. In this, a one-time grant of one lakh will be given for the urgent need of each boy and girl.
- 2500 per month per boy and girl will be provided to each boy and girl till they complete the age of 18 years.
- A one-time assistance of Rs.5 lakh will be given on completion of 18 years of age of each boy and girl.
- Children orphans from Corona will be given free education till class 12 in government residential schools and hostels.
- The girl students studying in the college will be given priority admission in the hostels of the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment.
- The benefit of DBT voucher scheme will be given to the college students without any condition. Priority will be given in providing unemployment allowance under Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana.
- One thousand rupees per month will be given per child till the children complete the age of 18 years under the Chief Minister’s Corona Palanhar Assistance.
- In addition, Rs 2,000 per child will be given annually for a one-time uniform and textbooks.
- Only one lump sum amount can be paid by opening a bank account of children residing in children’s homes.

The objective of Chief Minister Corona Sahayata Yojana is to provide economic, social and educational support to the orphaned children, widowed women and their children due to the corona epidemic on the death of a native of Rajasthan or a person residing in the state for 3 years.
Scheme Benefits
- The orphan children, widow women and their children marked by the corona epidemic were paid the due assistance directly by issuing offline approval at the level of the district collector.

Key Features of Scheme
- The families of persons who died of corona disease after March 1, 2020 have been included in this scheme.
- There is a provision to provide assistance to the widowed woman on the death of her husband and to the children in case of orphanage.
- In case of death of both biological or adopted parents due to corona or if one of the parents died due to any reason in the past and the other died due to corona, the children would be treated as orphans.

- The District Collector is authorized for the proof of the deceased.
- The District Collector can take the cooperation of District Officer of Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Assistant Director, Child Empowerment Department and Chief Medical and Support Officer etc. in preparing the related list.
- The decision of the District Collector will be considered final in certifying the death.
