COVID-19 Anugrah Rashi Bhugtan Rajasthan: Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot Ji has announced the Rajasthan Anugrah Rashi Bhugtan Yojana to provide financial assistance to the economically poor families of the state. SCHEME OBJECTIVE

Rajasthan Covid-19 Sahayata scheme was initiated by the Rajasthan Chief Minister Anugrah Rashi Bhugtan Garu on 17th March 2020. The main intention of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to the Rajasthan state Poor Citizens as well as Migrant people who have stranded outside of the Rajasthan region.

The cabinet also decided to provide relief to the tourism and related sector. The state government gave nod to restart the local public transport services in cities. Rs 1,000 ex gratia will be provided to each of around 35 lakh families, including building construction workers and BPL families and those deprived of social security pension. The state government had earlier given an ex gratia of Rs 2,500 to the needy families. An advance payment of social security pension schemes was given to 79 lakh people as a relief measure. 1000 installments to the beneficiary and 2 installments of Rs 1500 will be directly transferred to the beneficiaries bank account through DBT online by the Government of Rajasthan.
