Procedure to Apply Online Punjab Anaaj Kharid Aarthiya Registration Form 2023

Step 1- Visit the Official Website of Punjab Anaaj Kharid Portal ( Dept. of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs) i.e. https://anaajkharid.in/.

Step 2- On the Homepage, Click at the “Aarthiya Registration” tab.

Step 3- Registration Form page will be displayed on the screen.

Step 4- Now, After that you have to read all the instructions and you will have to enter your mobile number & click at the “Search” tab.

Step 5- An OTP will be received at the given mobile number, verify it to proceed further.

Step 6- You have to click on the button of Continue.

Step 7- After that, the Aarthiya Licence Online Registration Form 2023 will appear on the web browser.

Step 8- Here applicants can fill in all the necessary details such as district, market committee, firm name, license number, TIN number, PAN number, shop number, mobile no, e-mail ID, constitution, license validity date, bank details, details of proprietor.

Procedure to Apply Online Punjab Anaaj Kharid Miller Registration Form 2023

Step 1- Visit the Official Website of Punjab Anaaj Kharid Portal ( Dept. of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs) i.e. https://anaajkharid.in/.

Step 2- On the Homepage, Click at the “Miller Registration” tab.

Step 3- Miller landing page will be displayed on the screen.

Step 4- Now, read the instructions to apply for provisional permission for new rice mill, fixation/enhancement of the capacity of rice mill, final registration of new rice mill, change in the constitution of already registered rice mill and application for allotment of rice mill.

Step 5-Then click at the “For New Registration – Registration” tab as shown below.

Step 6- After this, you will be given two options, which is Apply for Provisional Permission and Final Registration of New Rice Mill where applicants can select the appropriate checkbox.

Step 7- After that, On selecting the “Apply for Provisional Permission or Final Registration of New Rice Mill” checkbox, the corresponding New Rice Mill Provisional Permission / Final Registration apply online form will appear as shown here.

Step 8- Here applicant millers can enter their basic details such as district name, milling center, mill name, mill PAN number, GST no, milling type, latitude, longitude, e-mail address, mobile no, address of proposed rice mill premises, address of correspondence.

Step 9- Finally, applicants can click at the “Submit” button to get provisional permission or final registration for new rice mill.

It is important to note that for Miller registration, applicants can only verify a mobile number they own. The applicant must be able to receive a SMS to the mobile number which he is trying to verify.

ABOUT SCHEME
Punjab Anaaj Kharid Portal 2023: Online Application Form PDF Download – Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, all rice delivery operations in Punjab, including allotment, registration and physical verification of rice mills, will undertaken online under the new Punjab Custom Milling Policy for 2023-24. The paddy procurement season in Punjab begins October 1. 

All the state procuring agencies — Pungrain, Markfed, Punsup, Punjab State Warehousing Corporation (PSWC) and Food Corporation of India — and rice millers and all other stakeholders will operate and interact on the website, with the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs acting as the nodal department.

New Punjab Custom Milling Policy Implementation

Under the policy, newly established rice mills with 1 tonne capacity will be allocated 3,500 MTs of paddy while those with 1.5 tonne capacity will be allotted 4,000 MTs. Two-tonne capacity mills would be eligible for 4500 MTs, those of 3-tonne capacity will get 5500 MTs paddy. Every subsequent increase of one tonne capacity would be eligible for increase of 1000 MTs paddy.

BENEFICIARY BENEFITS
The incentive amount under the new Punjab Custom Milling Policy is given below:-

  1. Rice Mills that had completed their entire milling by 31 January 2020 would be eligible for additional 15% of free paddy milled in 2019-20.
  2. Those who had completed delivery of rice by 28 February 2020, would get an additional 10% of free paddy.

Key Features of Portal

SCHEME FEATURES
  • Under the milling schedule prescribed, millers would have to deliver 35 per cent of their total rice due by December 31 and 60 per cent of total rice due by January 1, 2021; 80 per cent of total rice due by February 28, and total rice due by March 31.
  • Under the policy, the sole criterion for allotment of free paddy to mills this season would be the miller’s performance in the previous year, and an additional percentage-wise incentive would be provided to mills as per their date of delivery of rice.
  • In another measure to guard against paddy diversion, the RO paddy was brought into the ambit of Custom Milling Security. Millers will be required to deposit `125 for each MT for paddy stored or part thereof, with the agency concerned.
