- Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has announced to implementation of Mukhyamantri Vyapari Kshatipurti Beema Yojana in the state on Friday, 30 September in the interest of small traders.
- The implementation of मुख्यमंत्री व्यापारी क्षतिपूर्ति बीमा योजना to compensate for the loss of small traders in Panchkula.
- Under this scheme, small traders will also be given a discount of 25 percent in the market price by the Haryana Urban Development Authority.
- According to the current market price, the cost of the booth is about Rs 17 lakh, but after the discount, a small booth will be available for about Rs 13 lakh and 75 percent loan facility has also been arranged from a bank. In this way every allottee is being helped in buying the booth.
- About a month ago, a massive fire broke out in Rehri Bazar, Sector 9, Panchkula, causing damage to many shops in the area.
