Latest Update News: मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के स्ट्रीट वेंडरों के लिये ‘मुख्यमंत्री स्ट्रीट वेंडर ऋण योजना (ग्रामीण)” बुधवार (आज) लांच करेंगे। इस योजना में शहरी क्षेत्र के स्ट्रीट वेंडरों की तरह अब ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के पथ-विक्रेताओं को भी बैंकों से 10 हजार की कार्यशील पूंजी उपलब्ध कराई जायेगी।
बता दें कि मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कोविड-19 से प्रभावित ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के पथ-विक्रेताओं को आत्म-निर्भर बनाने के लिये योजना तैयार करने के निर्देश दिये थे।

In the scheme, the state govt. will provide loans upto Rs. 10,000 without interest to street vendors of grameen areas. Mukhyamantri Grameen Street Vendor Yojana Registration Process
The senior politician launched the ‘Mukhya Mantri Street Vendor Loan Scheme’ and ‘Gramin Kamgar Setu Portal’ via videoconferencing at Mantralaya in the presence of Additional Chief Secretary (Panchayat and Rural Development) Manoj Kumar Shrivastava plus other senior bureaucrats, official sources said.

Objective of Mukhyamantri Rural Street Vendor Loan Scheme
Under the Chief Minister Rural Street Vendor Loan Scheme, migrant laborers / small traders of the poor section of the rural areas of the state will be made available as loan through low cost equipment or working capital bank. The benefit of the scheme will be payable only for setting up new enterprises for old enterprises and migrant workers in rural areas.
Rural migrant workers are to be imparted entrepreneurship development (EDP) training through the Self Employment Training Institute (RCET) for setting up a new business.
After training, loan will be provided from banks for establishment of business.

Loan to be sanctioned by banks within 30 days
The Chief Minister Shivraj Chouhan has informed that loan will be sanctioned by banks within 30 days of submission of application. The cases will be disposed of on “first come-first serve (FCFS)” basis. The scheme will be conducted by the Panchayat and Rural Development department and Collectors will be the nodal officer of this Mukhyamantri Street Vendor Loan Scheme (Rural) in districts.
In addition, application can also be submitted through MP kiosks. There will also be a facility to submit applications in office of Gram Panchayats and Janpad Panchayats.
Step to Apply Online Mukhyamantri Rural Street Vendor Loan Scheme 2022
Step 1- Visit the Official Website Mukhyamantri Rural Street Vendor Loan Scheme i.e. http://kamgarsetu.mp.gov.in/.
Step 2- On Homepage, See the option to ” Register “ and you have to click on this option.
Step 3- Nest Page, you will need to enter your mobile number, and captcha code.
Step 4- After this you have to click on the option to get OTP.
Step 5-Then you will get OTP on your mobile number, which you will have to fill in the open registration form.
Step 6-Next webpage, you will have to select the district, block, employment etc. in the form and click on the submit button.
Step 7-Application Form displayed on the computer or mobile screen.
Step 8-All applicants can enter all the necessary details (It includes Aadhaar information, Samagam information, Business information, Confirmation details section.) correctly in the opened application form.

- इच्छुक आवेदक स्ट्रीट वेंडर पोर्टल पर “पंजीयन करे” विकल्प से पंजीयन प्रारंभ करें।
- मोबाइल नंबर पर ओटीपी प्राप्त करें एवं उसकी प्रविष्टि कर ग्रामीण पथ विक्रता चुनें।
- अपना आधार नम्बर प्रविष्ट करें ओैर आधार से लिंक मोबाइल नम्बर पर प्राप्त ओटीपी प्रविष्ट कर स्वयं का सत्यापन करें।
- आधार से मोबाइल लिंक नही होने की स्थिति में किसी कियोस्क पर बायोमेट्रिक माध्यम से आधार सत्याापन करा सकते हैं।
- आधार सत्यासपन उपरांत समग्र नम्बर की प्रविष्टि करें। समग्र नम्बर सही होने पर परिवार के सदस्यों का विविरण स्वतः आ जाएगा।
- परिवार के सदस्यों का समग्र से प्राप्त विवरण में उन सदस्यों को चुनें जो आपके व्यवसाय में सहयोग करते हैं।
- आपने वांछित व्यएवसाय के बारे में अन्य जानकारी प्रदान करें और भरी हुई जानकारी सबमिट करें।
- घोषणा के बिन्दुओ को चेक करें एवं अपना आवेदन सबमिट करें।
- आवेदन सबमिट करने के बाद पावती प्राप्त होगी जिसे प्रिंट कर/स्क्रीनशॉट लेकर सुरक्षित रखें। साथ ही आपके मोबाइल पर आवेंदन क्रमांक सहित पावती के रूप में प्राप्त् होगा।
- आपके द्वारा प्रस्तुरत आवेदन का संबधित ग्रामीण विकास विभाग द्वारा सत्या्पन कराया जाएगा। जानकारी सही प्राप्ता हो जाने पर आपको परिचय पत्र एवं प्रमाण पत्र जारी किया जाएगा।
- सत्यापन के दौरान विसंगति जाने पर सुधार का एक अवसर दिया जाएगा। जिसकी सूचना SMS से दी जाएगी। त्रटि सुधार के लिए पोर्टल पर “अपडेट करे” विकल्प की सहायता से मोबाइल नंबर ओटीपी प्रविष्ट कर आवश्यक संशोधन करें।
- पथ विक्रेता के रूप में पहचान पत्र एवं प्रमाण पत्र जारी किए जाने की सूचना SMS के माध्यरम से भी दी जाएगी एवं दोनों अभिलेखों का लिंक भी भेजा जाएगा जिससे पथ विक्रेता स्व्यं डाउनलोड कर सकेंगे।
