Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana 2023 Application Form
Step 1: REGISTRATION
- Through Web Address: www.scholarshipportal.mp.nic.in or www.mptechedu.org.
- Candidate will get an User-ID and Password.
Step 2: APPLICATION FORM
- Using User-ID and Password received after registration, candidate will fill their Application Form and upload the
necessary documents through portal. - Candidates will Verify all the entries of filled Application Form, Lock it and take Print out of Filled Application Form.
- Admitted candidate will submit his printed Application Form alongwith all requisite documents at the institute for verification purpose.
Step 3: VERIFICATION
- Respective institute will verify the submitted Application Form of the candidate against the original documents.
Institute will also verify the aadhar enabled bank details of candidates in case of Private/Aided Institutions. - Institute will recommend the eligible cases for sanction/ temporarily reject the application for correction/ permanently
reject the application through portal by using Institute Verification-ID and Password. - Outside M.P. institutions/ Candidates must follow the guidelines meant for outside cases that is available on
www.scholarshipportal.mp.nic.in or www.mptechedu.org.

Objectives of Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana 2020
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has launched the meritorious Vidyarthi Yojana for students who have secured 70 percent, 85 percent or more marks in the 12th board examination conducted by the Board of Secondary Education and CBSE / ICSE in the state. Under this scheme, all beneficiary students will be provided assistance in admission to higher education courses at the undergraduate level.

Step 1- Visit the Official Website Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana i.e. scholarshipportal.mp.nic.in.
Step 2- On Homepage, Click on the option of Register On Portal (New Student ) from this option.
Step 3- Registration Form page will displayed on screen.
Step 4- Now enter the required details (Mention all the details such as name, father name, date of birth, gender and Correspondence Address Details, etc., and then mark the declaration by reading the declaration form.

Mukhyamantri Medhavi Chhatra Yojana Eligibility Criteria
Beneficiary Guidelines
Under this scheme, students who have secured 70 percent or more marks in the 12th examination conducted by the Board of Secondary Education or in the 12th board examination conducted by CBSE / ICSE and 85 percent or more and are residents of Madhya Pradesh.
Along with the annual income of their father / guardian, if the amount is less than 6 lakhs, the tuition fee under the मुख्यमंत्री मेधावी विद्यार्थी योजना will be borne by the State Government on the admission of such students to the following undergraduate level education courses.
As an expenditure fee for graduation under the scheme, the entry fee and the actual fee (excluding mess fee and citation money) which are set by the Regulatory Committee or Madhya Pradesh Private University Regulatory Commission or Government of India / State Government Only payment will be made.
- 1.50 Lakh on admission to government engineering college and 1.50 lakh or actual for admission in government engineering college, if it is under the rank 1,50,000 (one lakh fifty thousand) in JEE Main (JEE MAINS) examination for engineering. Tuition fee whichever is less.
- Have obtained admission in MBBS / BDS course of medical / dental college of Central or State Government or MBBS course of private medical in Madhya Pradesh through NEET entrance examination for medical studies. Candidates of Government of India institutions in which admission in MBBS course is obtained on the basis of examination conducted by them will also be eligible.
- Have obtained admission in National Law Universities and Delhi University for the study of law through the Common Law Admission Tester (CLAT) or self-examination.
- On getting admission in the courses of the Graduate Program and Integrated Post-Graduate Program and Dual Degree Courses (including Master’s Degree as well as Bachelor Degree) in all the Universities / Institutes of Government of India.
- On getting admission in all the courses conducted in all government and aided colleges / universities of the state government and diploma courses of polytechnic college (in which admission is obtained on the basis of 12th examination).

- Madhya Pradesh government will provide benefit in fees to students after 12th standard.
- Along with this, meritorious students will also be given city awards according to the first, second and third terms. The prize money is as follows.

- Second city award ₹ 75000
- Third city award ₹ 50000
Key Features of Scheme
Scheme Feature
- The student should be a native of Madhya Pradesh.
- The income of a father or a parent should not exceed 6 lakhs. (However, now there has been a change in the rules under which income up to 7 lakh or seven and a half lakh has been given.)
- If the student has studied from the CBSE board, then it is compulsory to have 85 percent or more percent in XII.
- It is compulsory to have 70 percent or more marks in 12th standard board of secondary education board.
- The government will pay the full fees for admission to the government college.
- One and a half lakh rupees or the actual fee will be given for admission in private college or grant college.
- If students take admission in MBBS or BDS through NEET then the government will pay their fees.
- Apart from this, when can you take the scheme when you are taking admission in the medical examination conducted by the Indian educational institute.
