On the first day of the special campaign, the Golden Cards were provided to over 26,000 families of Uttar Pradesh. So far, golden cards were issued to over 6.5 crore beneficiaries in the state under ‘Ayushman Yojana'.

UP Mukhyamantri Jan Arogya Yojana Abhiyan 2023: How to Apply online MMJAA, Beneficiary List Rural, Urban, Official website – UP Mukhyamantri Jan Arogya Yojana 2023 has been launched by the Uttar Pradesh government. CM Yogi Adityanath has started Mukhya Mantri Jan Arogya Yojna (MMJAY) for the left-out families of PM Jan Arogya Yojana in the state.

This free treatment to poor people would remain available in all public and private empanelled hospitals in Uttar Pradesh. People must now make UP Mukhyamantri Jan Arogya Yojana registration to get golden cards to avail of free treatment up to Rs. 5 lakh at any of the empanelled hospitals.

UP Ayushman Card Apply Online – PMJAY Uttar Pradesh Golden Card

The Yogi Adityanath government has launched a campaign to provide free medical aid to underprivileged people. Through this card, any beneficiary can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in any empanelled hospital across the country. The Golden Card will be issued to the beneficiaries without the Ayushman card of Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (Ayushman Bharat) and Chief Minister Jan Arogya Yojana.
