Mukhyamantri Alpsankhyak Rojgar Rin Yojana 2023: Apply Online, Registration Form

Interviews will be held in two different shifts at the Collectorate Auditorium from 11 to 14 December. Interviews will be held from 10:30 am to 01:30 am in the first shift and from 2:00 pm to 05:00 pm in the second shift. Applicants are ranked on the acknowledgment receipt. Applicants have been instructed to appear at the prescribed period and time based on the same serial number.

Samastipur District

District Minority Welfare Officer Sunita Sonu said that applicants are to be interviewed from December 10 to December 23 under the Chief Minister’s Employment Scheme. 1067 people have applied for the scheme.

• Applicants’ age range: The age of the applicant should be between 18 years to 50 years.
• District: Scheme benefits to be availed from the district of permanent residence of the applicant.
• Usage: Loan amount to be used for employment and income generation only.
• Service: Applicant must not be in government or semi-government service.
• Communities: Applicants must be from minority communities. Except for Muslims, applicants of all other beliefs (Christians, Sikhs, Parsis, Buddhists and Jain) need to produce religious belief certificate from religious bodies.
• Family Income: The annual income of the applicant’s family must be less than 4.00 lakhs.
• Certificates: Income and residence certificates should be issued by a competent authority (SDO, BDO, CO).

The interview date has been fixed to give the benefit of the Mukhyamantri Alpsankhyak Rojgar Rin Yojana. Various applications were received for the Chief Minister Minority Employment Loan in the financial year 2019-20. Which was investigated. The investigation found various applications to be correct. Those applicants have been invited for verification and interview of their documents.

Instructions for Interview:

• Applicants will have to appear before the district committee to check the original certificates on the day of interview.
• Acknowledgment receipt, educational certificate, to applicants Work experience certificate, residential certificate, income certificate, Aadhaar card have been asked to be brought.
• Along with the training certificate related to the skill development scheme run by the Central or State Government, the abandoned women applicants received from the local or any current public representative, Two passport size photographs are to be included in the interview.
• It will be necessary to bring both the original and photocopy of the documents together.
• If all the documents are not made available by an applicant, then their claim will be canceled.
• In the interview, the applicants have to come with a mask.
• Physical distance has to be followed.
• It will be mandatory to apply masks following physical distancing.
• The District Minority Welfare Officer informed that if any applicants do not participate in the interview during the scheduled period, they will be given one more chance.

Note: On verification of the proper reason for absence, you can reach the District Minorities Welfare Office from 10:30 am to 01:30 pm on December 15 and give an interview. Transfer of Loan Amount

After Sanction Order is issued, money is transferred to the account of the beneficiary by RTGS.

If the sanctioned amount is:

1. More than 1 lakh (per unit of equipment or machines, etc.) – it is transferred to the vendor’s account after receiving quotation or proforma bill.
2. Less than one lakh – transferred directly to the applicant’s account.

• Loan Distribution:
  1. The funds allotted by GoB.
  2. Recovered loan amount from this scheme to be used as revolving fund for further loan distribution.
• Other costs: Administrative cost, delivery cost and all other costs to be covered by the interest generated from recovery of loans.
• Release of funds: Loan amount is transferred to the bank account of applicants selected by the Selection Committee and approved by the MD, BSMFCL.
• Account: A separate bank account to be maintained by BSMFCL for this scheme.

• The scheme was launched in 2012.
• The scheme has been started by the Bihar State Minorities Financial Corporation Ltd. [BSMFC].
• The loans will be provided to people belonging to minority communities.
• The maximum loan amount will be ₹ 500000.
• The money is transferred to the account of the beneficiary by RTGS.
• The budget of this scheme has been set by the government at Rs 100 crore per year.
• Interest: After 3 months moratorium, 5% simple interest to be levied on loan amount.
• EMI: The loan amount of 20 equal quarterly installments to be paid.
• Rebate: If the entire loan amount is returned on scheduled time, a waive of 0.5% on outstanding interest to be given.
• Penalty: Failure to pay the EMIs on time will lead to compounded interest being recovered at the end of FY.
• The loan availed under this scheme is mandatory to be used only to generate employment opportunities.
