Madhya Pradesh Samadhan Portal Online complaint Process

The Government of Madhya Pradesh has launched a new scheme for the citizens of the state. In view of the problems of the citizens of the state, Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan has conducted MP Online Samadhan Portal Yojana 2021 to register all types of complaints online at home. Through which the citizens of the state can get their problems resolved by registering their complaints. Now the citizens of the state will be able to get a solution to their problem by registering their complaints online and through the postal letter.

All Eligible Applicants who want to apply to this scheme then read all instructions carefully and follow the given below steps to apply online application form:

How to file a complaint online on the MP Samadhan Portal 2021

Step 1- Visit the Official Website of Madhya Pradesh Samadhan Portal i.e. samadhan.mp.gov.in.

Step 2- On the Homepage, Click on “File Complaint” on the main page of the portal.

Step 3- A list of guidelines will come upon clicking “File a Complaint” and Read the list and tick I agree.

Step 4- As soon as you tick, a complaint application form will show on the screen.

Step 5- In this, the complainant means to fill in your personal information.

Step 6- Fill in your Aadhaar, mobile number, email etc.

Step 7- Select the department, district, panchayat etc. in the complaint registration form.

Step 8- It is mandatory to write 200 words in the description of the complaint.

Step 9- If there is any document related to the complaint, then scan it and upload it.

Step 10- Always check all the information once the complaint is lodged.

Step 11- After checking the application again, submit your complaint by clicking “File Public Complaint” .

Step 12- After the complaint is registered, you will be provided with a Public Grievance Unique Number.

Step 13- You can check the status of your complaint with this complaint number.

  • After submitting this form, you will be contacted by the CM helpline number.
  • Under this facility, you can be contacted from 7 am to 11 pm.

Step 1- Visit the Official Website of Madhya Pradesh Samadhan Portal i.e. samadhan.mp.gov.in.

Step 2- On the home page ” to the status of the application (जन शिकायत की स्थिति)” should see an option.

MP Samadhan Mobile App (CM Helpline citizens) Download Process

Madhya Pradesh Government has launched the mobile App for registering citizen’s grievances/suggestions. The Mobile App is linked to the CMHELPLINE 181 portal of the Madhya pradesh Government, where grievances/suggestions can also be registered through Web (cmhelpline.mp.gov.in). A fast and user-friendly interface has been provided for registering and tracking of grievances through mobile phones. Each Grievance will be provided a unique Reference number. A citizen can use this reference number to track the progress of grievances, send reminders & also for giving feedback after disposal. After successful grievances registration, the reference will be automatically forwarded to the concerned officer for redressal.

Step 1- First of all you have to open Google Play Store in your mobile phone.

Step 2- Now you have to enter the MP solution in the search box.

Step 3- After that you have to click on the search button.

Step 4- Now a list will show on the screen

Step 5- You have to click on the option at the top of the list.

Step 6- Now you have to click on the install button.

Step 7- The MP Solutions mobile app will be downloaded to your mobile phone.

Step 1- After opening the app, you have to enter your mobile number and get the confirmation code.

Step 2- Once the confirmation code arrives, submit it.
