Prasuti Sahayata Yojana 2023 Madhya Pradesh: Online Registration, Objectives, Eligibility & Benefits

• चौहान ने कहा कि जब हम एक महामारी से जूझ रहे हैं, लोगों की जिन्दगी में सहारा देने वाली संबल योजना को हम फिर से शुरू कर रहे हैं. जब संबल योजना की पात्र कोई गरीब किसी शिशु को जन्म देगी तो जन्म देने से पहले 4 हजार और जन्म देने के बाद 12 हजार रुपये उनके खाते में आएंगे.
• For all registered unorganized laborer women in village and urban areas, the State Government has launched the Chief Minister’s Shramik Seva (Maternity Assistance- Prasuti Sahayata) Scheme (MMPSY). Now the government will compensate for the economic loss of registered unorganized laborers due to their absence from work during maternity.

• The applicant should be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
• The age of the applicant should not be less than 18 years.
• Construction workers registered as beneficiaries or their spouse as per status (हिताधिकारी के रूप मे पंजीकृत निर्माण श्रमिक अथवा उसके पति/पत्नि थास्थिति अनुसार)
• Renewal of registration / annual contribution should be submitted at the time of application. (आवेदन के समय पंजीयन का नवीनीकरण/ वार्षिक अभिदाय जमा होना चहिये।)

Assistance for registered unorganized laborer women will be provided only on the two surviving children of the Chief Minister Shramik Seva Yojana from April 1. The benefit of the scheme will be given to pregnant women and maternities above 18 years of age, registered unorganized women workers. Maternity assistance will be given only for delivery in a government hospital and deliveries with a maximum of two live births.

To take benefit of the beneficiary, registration card of unorganized women laborer or registration number informed by him, certificate of delivery in government health institution, ANM certificate of delivery of maximum two live births, maternal and child safety card, Aadhar card Photocopy of the concerned bank account will have to be given. The amount will be credited to the Aadhaar linked bank account.

Beneficiary:

If the pregnant mother is more than 18 years of age, the woman concerned is registered with the unorganized worker, in case of delivery in the government hospital and the benefit of maternity support will be valid only for the delivery of maximum 2 live births.

Prasuti Sahayata Yojana : 1st & 2nd Pregnancy benefits

At the same time, eligible beneficiaries of Janani Suraksha Yojana of the Central Government operated in the state will also get the benefit of this scheme.

On the first pregnancy, the eligible beneficiary will be paid Rs. 3000 as the first and second installment under the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana. The remaining one thousand rupees will be given to the beneficiary from the Chief Minister Labor Service Maternity Assistance Scheme.

On the second pregnancy, the entire amount of Rs 4 thousand will be paid to the beneficiary in the first installment from the Chief Minister’s Shramik Sewa (maternity assistance) scheme.

The objective of the scheme is to create a conducive environment with early identification of high risk pregnancy, safe delivery, proper promotion of pregnant and childbirth vaccination and breastfeeding, provision of cash incentives for the promotion of healthy practices of women and infants.

• Assistance is provided to the economically challenged construction workers for improving their standard of living and providing social security by providing economic benefits. 45 days minimum salary for registered women workers, and Rs. 1400. Nutrition allowance for rural area and Rs. 1000 For urban area and 15 days minimum wage for registered male labor.
• First installment Rs 4000 During pregnancy,4 prenatal check-up until the last trimester by doctor / ANM in the prescribed period. and second installment of Rs. 12000 / – will be payable for delivery in government hospital, on early breastfeeding and registration of the newborn in institutional birth and on giving 0 doses BCG, OPV and Hepatitis B vaccination to the infant.

• The scheme has also become effective from 1 April.
• The benefit of this scheme is payable up to a maximum of three maternities! 45 days minimum salary for registered women workers, and Rs. 1400. Nutrition allowance for rural area and Rs. 1000 For urban area and 15 days minimum wage for registered male labor.
• Assistance limited to 3 children (on the basis of minimum salary declared on 1st April every year).
• Application is required to be submitted to Civil Surgeon / Block Medical Superintendent and Health Officer within 60 days from delivery!
