#FraudAlert A Message with a website link is circulating on Social media claiming that the Govt. is offering free laptops for youth & to click on the provided link to book it. #PIBFactCheck: The circulated link is a Spoof website to trick users perpetrated in the name of Govt.

In the past this message has been rejected by many media organizations like BBC Hindi , Dainik Bhaskar , Aaj Tak . Two such websites, solor-panel.sarkaari-yojana.in and modi-laptop.wish-karo-yar.tk have also been proved false in these media reports.

Modi Free Laptop Yojana Online Registration Process

The Government of India has started a new scheme, named as Pradhan Mantri Free Laptop Yojana (FAKE SCHEME). It is being said that under this scheme, women can take a loan of up to five lakh rupees from the government to start their business. Taking advantage of this fake news, some fraud people are busy trying to make money.

Let us know that under Modi Free Laptop Yojana (PM Modi Free Laptop Scheme) women are getting loans up to Rs 5 lakh at zero percent interest, but this is completely rumored. The government has clearly stated that no such scheme is being run and do not trust any such message.

Procedure to Apply Online Modi Free Laptop Yojana Application Form 2022

Step 1- Visit the Official Website of Modi Free Laptop Yojana i.e. Fake Portal.

Clicking on the link modi-laptop.wish-karo-yar.tk with this message opens a new page.

Step 2- On the Homepage, Its cover shows the photo of PM Modi. It also appears written as ‘Prime Minister Free Laptop Distribution Scheme 2020’.

Step 3- The application Form page will be displayed on the screen.

With the logo of Make in India, it also appears that the plan to give 2 million youth free laptops.

Step 4- Here you will see the registration form. In this, the name, mobile number, age and state information of the applicant are being sought.

Step 5- After entering this information, a new page opens as soon as you click on submit.

Step 6- Two questions are asked in this first. “Do you already have a laptop”? Second, ‘Will you tell your friends about this plan of the Prime Minister’?

Step 7- After clicking on these, the message comes that “Dear applicant, we have received your application successfully”.

Step 8- After this it is conditioned to share ten groups or ten friends.

Step 9- WhatsApp option has been given to share.

Step 10- Here a registration number is also allotted and the option to download the form is given.

Step 11- After downloading the form, a new link opens. Where there is no form.

Note: All the information being told about the Pradhan Mantri Dhan Laxmi Yojana is false and misleading. No such scheme has been started yet by the Central Government or by any other state government.
