• Movement Pass is being issued for people involved in essential services or any other emergency.

• Meghalaya Police will provide the passes to the persons who are under essential services in Meghalaya in the Lockdown. Government employees and media persons can travel using their identity cards.
• Those who use private vehicles in roads should submit a declaration to the Meghalaya Police.
• Those who involved in essential services like, health, provision stores, medical shops, vegetable shops,  internet, bank employees, telecom and media, milk and beverages would be provided with an exemption pass. These peoples can use their identity cards.
