As the citizen places his request of service through the government website, a Jan Sevak is assigned to deliver the service. The Jan Sevak will reach the residence of the citizen, collect required documents and deliver the service at his door step. People can download Karnataka Janasevaka mobile app, place a call and request a service at call center and even fill application form at website to get service home delivered.

Procedure to Booking Slot via Call Center
Step 1- Citizen will call the call center (08044554455) and request for a service
Step 2- Check List Call Center executive will explain the details of the service (documents required, service fee etc)
Step 3- Check List After confirmation by the citizen, desired slot will be booked based on availability.
Step 4- An OTP will be sent to citizen which has to be shared with Jana Sevaka at time of service delivery
Step 5- Check List After booking confirmation, Jana Sevaka will be assigned to fulfill that slot.
Step 6- Jana Sevaka will visit the citizen’s home on the requested date and time.
Step 7- Once the citizen shares the OTP with Jana Sevaka, he/she will assist the citizen in filling the application form.
Step 8- He/she will also scan and upload any document required to avail the service
Step 9- Check List Jana Sevaka will collect Service fee along with department fee required to avail the service
Step 10- Check List Citizen will get an acknowledgment via SMS on their mobile
Step 11- Check List Once the application is processed by the concerned department, Jana Sevaka will deliver the certificate/NOC/Permission/License etc to citizen’s home
Step 12- Check List After service is completed, feedback will be sought from citizens for further improvement of service delivery
Procedure to Booking Slot via Mobile App
Step 1- Go to Android Play Store or Apple Store and download Mobile One App.
Step 2- Log on to mobile app and click on Jana Sevaka
Step 3- Check List Citizens can see the list of available services on the app.
Step 4- On Clicking the service required, service details (documents required, service fee etc) will be displayed
Step 5- Check List Once Citizen confirms, available slots will be displayed to citizen.
Step 6- Citizen can book any of the available slot based on their convenience.
Step 7- Once the slot is booked, an OTP will be sent to citizen which has to be shared with Jana Sevaka at time of service delivery.
Step 8- Check List After booking confirmation, Jana Sevaka will be assigned to fulfill that slot.
Step 9- Jana Sevaka will visit the citizen’s home on the requested date and time.

Step 1- Visit the Official Website of Karnataka Janasevaka Scheme i.e. janasevaka.karnataka.gov.in.
Step 2- On the Homepage, click on the option of “book slot” in the menu.
Step 3- A booking page will be displayed on the screen.
Step 4- Now, Choose the service from the service name list.
Step 5- After this, check the fee you need to pay for that particular service.

Jana Sevaka initiative was launched to provide Door Step Delivery of Government Services citizens in order to facilitate the life of citizens. It is an enhanced assisted delivery model wherein citizens can avail services at their doorstep. Janasevaka under the Sakala scheme is a program to avail the benefits of government schemes at the doorstep.
The Cost of the service is Rs 115. This amount does not include the cost of documentation.
