The recruitment process for 1200 posts of Sub Inspector has been started by the Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board or JKSSC today-November 10, 2021.

Making the announcement on Twitter, LG Manoj Sinha said that the upper age limit has been increased from 28 to 30 years while UT cadre posts also enhanced from 800 to 1200.

“Following representation from various delegations,the Govt has taken a decision to provide one-time age relaxation for aspirants in recruitment of Sub-Inspectors in @JmuKmrPolice.The Upper age limit increased from 28 to 30yrs &no.of UT cadre posts also enhanced from 800 to 1200,” the LG wrote on his official Twitter handle.

Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) is hiring 800 Sub Inspector for Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP). Those who want to join JK Police as Sub-Inspector under Home Department of the Jammu & Kashmir Civil Services must apply for this golden opportunity on within given time frame

JKP SI Recruitment Online Application Process will start from 10 November 2021 and the candidates will be given one month to submit their application i.e they can apply on or before 10 December 2021.

Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) will soon release the recruitment notification for Sub-Inspector posts in JK Police. The approval for the recruitment for 800 SI has been issued by the Office of Lt. Governor of J&K Manoj Sinha on Twitter on 18th June 2021.
