- The Jharkhand government has said that the priority of the government is quality education in the state and for this purpose mobile-tabs will be distributed free of cost to about 21 thousand students from class 1 to 12.
- In this regard, Cabinet Minister Champai Soren has to say that State Government Minister Champai Soren, while announcing this scheme, said, “In the financial year 2021-22, in total 136 residential schools under the Education Department from class one to 12th.”
- On 20 January 2022, the Chief Minister announced the scheme for the students of the state. Along with mobile tablets, the department will also give a SIM card with the recharge of 2GB of data per day for the students to continue their online classes.
