Joint Entrance Examination Council (Sanyukt Pravesh Pariksha Parishad, U.P.) has issued notification and invited online application form to be conducted for Admission in various Polytechnic/ Diploma Courses in Uttar Pradesh Government/ Aided/ Private sector Colleges affiliated to Board of Technical Education (BTEUP), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh through U P Joint Entrance Examination (UPJEE(P)-2020).

A candidate is allowed to submit a maximum of 3 applications, the combination of the application form can be as follows:

  1. One application in Group – A
  2. One application in Group – E1/E2
  3. One application in rest of the other groups – B, C, D, F, G, H, I, K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K7, and K8

Step 1: Application form Page

  • Click on the direct link available on this page as per the course you want to apply for. On the official website you can check the links for various courses.

Step 2: Register with basic details

  • Next, the candidates have to access the link for new registration
  • Next, the candidates have to read the instructions for registration and application form filling:
  • Registration is to be done by filling personal; details, contact details and selecting a password.
  • To complete the registration candidates have to confirm the details before the final submission as shown in the image below:

Step 3: Filling the online application form

  • Now, after the registration, the dashboard of the candidates is created. Here candidates can access the link to fill the online application form.
  • Now complete the application form by filling in personal details, choice of course, and education qualifications as shown in the image below:

Step 4: Uploading the scanned images

  • Now the candidates have to upload the scanned images as per the dimensions mentioned in the form. To fo so click on the “upload images” button in the dashboard:

Step 5: payments of the application fee:

  • The candidaets have to pay the application fee by clicking on the “pay examination fee” button on their dashboard.
  • To pay the application fee click on the “proceed to payment” button

UP Joint Entrance Examination (UPJEE (P) -2020)

UP Polytechnic is a state-level entrance test conducted to shortlist candidates for admission in various Diploma/ Post Diploma/ PG courses offered in the State colleges. There are 1296 institutions in which there are 67 courses for admission through JEECUP score. Based on the marks obtained in the entrance examination, merit is prepared for admission and called for counselling. The admission is based on a centralized counselling process.

The Joint Entrance Examination, UPJEE (Polytechnic) is a state-level entrance exam whih is conducted by Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP). It is conducted in the month of April every year. Admission in Diploma/Post Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Technology and Management Programs in Polytechnic Institutions affiliated to Board of Technical Education UP is done on the basis of candidate’s performance in the UP Polytechnic entrance exam. The exam is conducted in offline mode for Group A to K.

The applications for the examination for admission to various engineering diploma, management and post diploma courses for the session 2020-21 are available online till 16 March 2020. Candidates can apply for Group A, E1 / E2 and Group B / C / D / F / G / H / I / K1 to K8 ie a maximum of 3 applications. Errors in the application form can be rectified from 18 March 2020. Based on the marks obtained in the entrance examination, merit will be prepared and allotment of 67 course seats in 1296 institutions will be allotted through online counseling.
