UP Joint Entrance Examination (UPJEE (P) -2020) |

| UP Polytechnic is a state-level entrance test conducted to shortlist candidates for admission in various Diploma/ Post Diploma/ PG courses offered in the State colleges. There are 1296 institutions in which there are 67 courses for admission through JEECUP score. Based on the marks obtained in the entrance examination, merit is prepared for admission and called for counselling. The admission is based on a centralized counselling process.
The Joint Entrance Examination, UPJEE (Polytechnic) is a state-level entrance exam whih is conducted by Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP). It is conducted in the month of April every year. Admission in Diploma/Post Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Technology and Management Programs in Polytechnic Institutions affiliated to Board of Technical Education UP is done on the basis of candidate’s performance in the UP Polytechnic entrance exam. The exam is conducted in offline mode for Group A to K. The applications for the examination for admission to various engineering diploma, management and post diploma courses for the session 2020-21 are available online till 16 March 2020. Candidates can apply for Group A, E1 / E2 and Group B / C / D / F / G / H / I / K1 to K8 ie a maximum of 3 applications. Errors in the application form can be rectified from 18 March 2020. Based on the marks obtained in the entrance examination, merit will be prepared and allotment of 67 course seats in 1296 institutions will be allotted through online counseling. |
