Summary: The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) is planning to launch four more housing schemes in the state capital after the successful endeavor to attract buyers in recently launched projects.

A total of 1,500 plots will be developed in these four schemes, which will be launched on August 15. Allotment of about 1,500 plots in the housing schemes will be done through lottery and auction.

The JDA has launched four new housing schemes in the capital on Sunday. These plans of JDA are near Prithviraj Nagar North-I, Jagatpura, Jaisinghpur Bamboo, Bhankarota and Vatika on Tonk Road. There are 1801 plots in these schemes, out of which 1229 plots will be allotted through lottery. Online applications for plots have been started. Allotment of plots will be done through lottery. The last date for application will be 16 September. At the same time, the lottery of the plots will be taken out on 25 September. The remaining plots will be sold at auction.

Jaipur JDA New Scheme Online Registration Process

JDA will launch four new housing schemes by August 15. Prior to this, basic facilities will be developed in these schemes. These plans are being launched in Zone Prithviraj Nagar Yojana (North) along with Zone 14, Zone 11 and Zone 9. Earlier on Saturday, JDA Commissioner Gaurav Goyal visited the location site of these schemes and issued instructions to develop basic facilities there.

First Step

Third Step

Step 14- Now its time to pay the Registration Amount & Processing fee Carefully.

Fourth Step

Step 15- Now Select the Mode of Payment and make successful payment for the registration under the scheme.

Procedure to take JDA Scheme E-Appointment

A citizen who wants to visit any of the offices of Jaipur Development Authority (Head Office / PRN-North / PRN-South) for office related work will have to take e-Appointment.

Step 1- Visit the Official Website of Jaipur JDA New Scheme i.e. https://jda.urban.rajasthan.gov.in/.

Step 2- On the Homepage, click on the option of “E- appointment“.

Step 3- You have to click on proceed and log in on a (SSO) single sign-on account.

Step 4- Finally, logging in you can take the appointment.

Step 5- Proceed for e-Appointment by entering basic details of person(s) visiting and shall have to mandatorily upload his/her Photo, Photo-ID proof (Aadhar, Driving Licence, Passport, Voter-ID) in JPEG format and any document issued by JDA (if any) in PDF format.

Step 6- Selection of visit date can only be after current date.

Step 7- On submission of application, a SMS will be sent on the registered mobile number as well as on registered eMail (if provided) with Application ID.

Step 8- The nodal officer will Accept or Reject the application based on exigency, nature of service request and availability of time slot.

Step 9- The application status i.e Accepted or Rejected will be informed through SMS.

Step 10- If the application is accepted, then the e-Appointment permission will be available on the dashboard.

Step 11- The applicant will have to carry the e- Appointment permission to enter concerned JDA office.

Beneficiary Guidelines

The applicant must be a resident of Rajasthan State. The Applicant’s age must be 18 years or above. The Applicant must have a bank account on his name. The Applicant or dependent in the family should not own any house under their name. To apply for LIG-A, the annual income of the Applicant’s family should be 300000/- per annum. To apply for LIG-B, the yearly income of the Applicant’s family should be in between 300000 to 600000/- per annum. To apply for MIG, the annual income of the Applicant’s family should be in between 600000 to 1000000/- per annum.

Jaipur Development Authority was established with a mission of planned, holistic and inclusive development of Jaipur which is fast emerging as a metropolitan city with 725 villages and 3000 Sq. Km area under its jurisdiction. Latest & Upcoming Residential Schemes – Jaipur Development Authority: JDA Jaipur zone-wise list These schemes have been launched by UDH Minister Shanti Dhariwal, UDH Secretary Bhaskar A Sawant and JDA Commissioner Gaurav Goyal. These include Gokul Nagar, APJ Abdul Kalam Nagar, Heera Lal Shastri Nagar and Nilay Kunj Yojana. UDH Minister Dhariwal said that administrative approval has been issued regarding the budget for development works in these schemes. Administrative approval has been issued for development works worth Rs 2.25 crore in APJ Abdul Kalam Nagar, Rs 4.88 crore in Hiralal Shastri Nagar and Rs 1.95 crore in Nilaya Kunj Yojana. Priyadarshini Nagar Jaipur JDA New Scheme 2024-21

JDA has selected eleven areas in Jaipur for giving plots. The total number of plots is 1448. There are full 359 plots for people belonging to the MIG and LIG category. Lal Sukhadia Nagar has around 194 plots, Priyadarshini Nagar Estuary has 165 plots, and the rest of the plots are at Dahmikhurd, Sanganer and Ajmer road. The plots will be given to eligible beneficiaries who win the lucky draw lottery.

SCHEME OBJECTIVE

The sole purpose of the scheme is to develop the overall lifestyle of the economically backward citizens of the state. The house and flat rates are very high in Jaipur. And to solve that problem of the EWS, LIG, and BPL category people, the state government has come up with this scheme.

A total of 1,500 plots will be developed in these four schemes, which will be launched on August 15. Allotment of about 1,500 plots in the housing schemes will be done through lottery and auction. The civic body will develop colony named as Hiralal Shastri Nagar in zone-14, Gokul Nagar in Prithviraj Nagar Scheme (North zone), APJ Abdul Kalam Nagar in zone 11. Around 200 plots of Nilay Kunj Scheme which were developed earlier in zone-9 will be allotted after re-planning. To sell the plots in its developed schemes, the JDA recently had reduced the reserve price of uninhabited land in its region by 10% to 37%. The decision was taken by the higher authorities looking at the slump in prices in the region and also for many years, they were unable to auction the plots
