The Chief Minister will launch the Jagananna Sampoorna Gruha Hakku Scheme which was brought by the government to give full owners ownership over unregistered houses in the state. The scheme will be launched by the Chief Minister in Tanuku, West Godavari district. It is learned that the government is already collecting cash for registration from beneficiaries under the One Time Settlement Scheme (OTS).

Jagananna Sampoorna Gruha Hakku Scheme 2022: Online Application Form PDF Download – On 21st December 2021, the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh YS Jagan Mohan Reddy launched Jagananna Sampoorna Gruha Hakku Scheme 2022. Through this scheme, the Government of Andhra Pradesh is going to waive off all the loans and their interest on the government-sanctioned houses and provide beneficiaries full rights over their property. Under this OTS scheme, the state government will be providing permanent ownership to the beneficiaries for their houses constructed under various government schemes, which will cost the exchequer an expenditure of Rs 16,000 crore, including the loan waiver and exemption of registration fees.
Government To Waive Off Rs 10 Thousand Crore Outstanding Loans
Jagananna sampoorna gruha hakku scheme will start in Andhra Pradesh Under the scheme, the state government will give full ownership rights to the beneficiaries of the houses constructed with or without loan from the Andhra Pradesh housing board from 1983 to August 15, 2011. About 52 lakh housing beneficiaries will get Rs 10,000 crore debt waiver and another Rs 6,000 crore stamp duty. Excluding registration fees, a total of Rs 16,000 crore will be gained Nominal fee:
Nominal Value To Be Paid For Availing Benefit Of This Scheme
As many as 40 lakh beneficiaries, who had mortgaged land at a housing company till August 15, 2011 and availed loans for construction of houses, are being forgiven nearly Rs 10,000 crore including principal and interest. In fact, no matter how high the interest, it is enough to pay only Rs 10,000 in villages, Rs 15,000 in municipalities and Rs 20,000 in corporations. The rest is total apology. If the interest payable is less than the fee on the actual amount, the registration rights will be fully waived and full rights will be granted.
The eligibility process for this is in 4 stages. The Department of Housing has transferred the details of 47,37,499 beneficiaries belonging to the remaining 12 districts except YSR District to the Municipalities and Panchayats. The staff will then go to the respective beneficiaries’ homes and conduct a field inspection.

- In case if the loan amount is lesser than the stipulated amounts, then the beneficiaries can pay the outstanding loan amount and get complete rights on their property.
