Pension under IGNOAPS is now granted to a person who is 60 years or above and belongs to a household below the poverty line instead of only to destitute.

Old aged person of 65 years & above belonging to BPL Family are eligible under this Scheme. Beneficiaries under this scheme receive Rs.200/- from Govt. of India & Rs.400/- from Govt. of Maharashtra under Shravanbal Seva Rajya Nivrutti vetan Yojana. In all the beneficiary receives Rs. 600/- per month.

Indira Gandhi Vidhwa Pension Yojana

Under this scheme by the central government, to provide financial assistance to the widowed women of the country. After the death of her husband, women have to face many difficulties in life, due to which the economic condition becomes weak. For this reason, the Chief Minister of the state has started this widow pension scheme. A widow in age group of 40 to 65 years whose family falls under Below Poverty Line is eligible under this Scheme. She is initialed to receive Rs 200/- per month under this scheme. She also receives Rs 400/- per month under state sponsored Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Anudan Yojana.

Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme

A Disable person in the age group of 18 to 65 years and having 80 percent disability is eligible under this Scheme. He / She is entitled to receive Rs. 200/- per month under this Scheme. He / She also receives Rs 400/- per month under State sponsored Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Anudan Yojana

Benefits under Indira Gandhi Pension Yojana 2022

इंदिरा गाँधी राष्ट्रीय वृद्धावस्था पेंशन योजना The central contribution of pension under the Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS) is Rs. 200/- per month per beneficiary up to 79 years and Rs.500/- per month per beneficiary from 80 year onwards and the State Governments may contribute over and above to this amount. At present old age beneficiaries are getting anywhere between Rs. 200/- to Rs. 1000/- depending on the State Contribution.
इंदिरा गाँधी राष्ट्रीय विधवा पेंशन योजना The central contribution of pension under the Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Scheme (IGNWPS) is Rs. 200/- per month per beneficiary and the State Governments may contribute at least an equal amount so that a beneficiary gets at least Rs.400/- per month
इंदिरा गाँधी राष्ट्रीय विकलांग पेंशन योजना The central contribution of pension under the Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme (IGNDPS) is Rs. 200/- per month per and the State Governments may contribute over and above to this amount so that a beneficiary gets at least Rs.400/- per month
