Step 1: Go to the IGR Kerala website @ https://igr.kerala.gov.in/index.php/Login/index.

Step 2: On the homepage, Click on ‘Click Here to Search Fair Value of Land’
Step 3: The following details, including district, RDO, taluk, village, land type, block number, survey number, etc., must be entered on a new page that appears. Only the fields denoted by an asterisk must be filled out, though. Next, choose View FairValue.
Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page, which will display the Kerala land fair value results.
IGR Kerala: Property Registration
Follow the steps as shown below
Step 1: Visit the Registration Department of Kerala’s official website.

Step 2: After choosing Online Applications, a new webpage will load.
Step 3: Select Online Document Details Entry from the menu. For a login, enter your information. If you haven’t logged in yet, you must first register.

Step 2: Select “Encumbrance Certificate” under Certificates. Submit an EC Application.
Step 3: After that, the page will change.
Step 4: District and personal status are required for the Encumbrance Certificate application.
Step 5: Redirected to a new tab. The Encumbrance Certificate application requests district, individual, document, property, fee, etc. information. Verify your entry of all the information, then click “Submit Application.”

Step 6: You can view and print the Acknowledgement after submitting an EC application for future use.

- The application status will be shown now.
