Problem Solution : 100% Working

Step 1: First Visit the Official Website of PF India at unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in.

Step 2: Login to your Employee Account with your credentials i.e. User ID and Password.

Step 3: Employee Account Dashboard wil show on the screen, After this go to the menu option Manage>> KYC Account.

Step 4: Now Fill Details in Bank KYC i.e. Your Name, Bank Account Number, IFSC Code then Click on submit button.

Step 5: After this, Your Bank KYC Show in KYC Pending for Approval.

Step 6 Next Step, Employer approved your KYC Details and then again go to Claim Form Option.

Step 7: Click on the link and this time Claim form Show on the screen (No error show on the page like this : Your bank kyc is not digitally signed by employer, cannot proceed)

Step 8: Fill your required details and upload bank documents.

Step 9: Click on submit button for further approval of your PF claim.

How to withdraw PF Online with UAN?

Step to Apply Online for withdraw PF amount online

Step 1: Visit UAN Portal i.e. https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/ 

Step 2: Log in to your account by entering UAN, password and captcha

Step 3: Then, click on ‘Online Services’ and select the option ‘Claim (Form-31, 19 & 10C)’ from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: A new tab will open where you will be required to enter the correct bank account number (seeded with UAN). Click on verify.

Step 5: Click on ‘Yes’ to sign the certificate of the undertaking and then proceed.

Step 6: Now click on ‘Proceed For Online Claim’.

Step 7: In the claim form, select the claim you require, i.e. full EPF settlement, EPF part withdrawal (loan/advance) or pension withdrawal, under the tab ‘I Want To Apply For’. If the member is not eligible for any of the services like PF withdrawal or pension withdrawal, due to the service criteria, then that option will not be shown in the drop-down menu.

Step 8: Then, select ‘PF Advance (Form 31)’ to withdraw your fund. Further, provide the purpose of such advance, the amount required and the employee’s address.

Step 9: Click on the certificate and submit your application. You may be asked to submit scanned documents for the purpose you have filled the form. The employer will have to approve the withdrawal request and then only you will receive money in your bank account. It usually takes 15-20 days to get the money credited to the bank account.

Step 2: On the homepage select the option “click here to know your PF balance” (which is a link).

Step 6- Two boxes will show here enter the information required.

Step 7- First, enter the UAN number.

Step 8- Enter the captcha code on the next box.

Step 9- Recheck the information then select the search button on the screen

EPF funds withdrawal Eligibility conditions

The following are the eligibility conditions for withdrawal of funds from EPF account:

• Money can be withdrawn only after retirement. EPFO considers retirement only when the person is over 55 years of age.
• Withdrawal of funds from EPF account is allowed only in case of a medical emergency, house purchase or construction or higher education
• EPFO allows withdrawal of 90% of the amount 1 year before retirement.
• EPFO allows withdrawal of 90% of the amount 1 year before retirement.
• The entire amount can be withdrawn from EPF account if the employee faces unemployment before retirement.
• According to the new rule, only 75% of funds can be withdrawn after 1 month of unemployment. The balance will be transferred to a new EPF account after getting employment.
