Summary: Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, Haryana Govt. is implementing Disability Pension Scheme for Diyang Jans. This is a State scheme under which disabled persons of Haryana domicile with a minimum 60% disability and are 18 years of age and above, are given pension as per eligibility criteria laid down in the rules of the scheme.

Haryana Viklang Pension Yojana Online Registration Process
All the candidates who wants to apply for the Disability Pension Scheme can now download the Handicapped Pension Scheme Registration Form. To download the Haryana Viklang Pension Yojana 2023 Application Form, candidates can follow the steps given below:
Step to Apply Online Haryana Viklang Pension Yojana Application Form 2023
Step 1- Visit the Official Website Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Government of Haryana i.e. http://socialjusticehry.gov.in/.
Step 2- On Homepage, see the option of ‘ Haryana Disabled Pension Scheme Application Form PDF ‘.
Step 3- Download the Application Form by Clicking on the Link & Print it after downloading.
Step 4- Now fill the required details (Mention all the details such as name, father/ husband name, date of birth, gender and other information).
Step 5- Then attach it along with other necessary documents and submit it to the concerned office.
Step 6- Click on Submit Button for final submission of application.

Step 1- Visit the Official Website Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Government of Haryana i.e. http://socialjusticehry.gov.in/.
Step 2- On the homepage of Social Justice Dept., click at “आधार/पैंशन आई.डी./खाता संख्या से पैंशन विवरण देखें” or directly click this link
Step 3- Then a new window with “लाभार्थी के पेंशन विवरण देखें / Track Beneficiary Pension Details” heading will open.
Step 4- Here candidates can Track Handicapped Pension Beneficiaries Details through पेंशन आईडी / Pension ID, खाता संख्या / Account Number (with IFSC Code) or आधार संख्या / Aadhaar Number and Security Code”.
Step 5- Finally candidates can click at “विवरण देखें / View Details” button to display the Haryana Pension Beneficiary Status.
Step 6- Registered beneficiaries can also check their Name in Haryana Pension Beneficiary List 2023.

Step 2- At homepage, click at “लाभार्थियों की सूची देखें / View List of Beneficiaries” link or directly click this link
Step 3- In the new window, Haryana Widow Pension Scheme List of Beneficiaries 2020 will appear as follows:
Step 4- Now enter your जिला / District, क्षेत्र / Area, खण्ड / नगरपालिका / Block / Municipality, गाँव / वार्ड / सेक्टर / Village / Ward / Sector, पैंशन का नाम / Pension Type, छांटने का क्रम / Sort Order and click at “लाभार्थी सूची देखें / View Beneficiary List“.
Step 5- Afterwards the complete pension list with pensioners Name, Gender, Age, Enrolment date, Pension Amount, Ward / Sector, Mohalla / Colony, Aadhaar Number, Bank / PO Name, Account Number and Account Uploading Date will get displayed on the screen as follows:

Haryana Viklang Pension Yojana Eligibility Criteria
Beneficiary Guidelines
- Age 18 years and above.
- Domicile of Haryana & residing in Haryana for the last 3 years at the time of submission of application.
- Self income from all sources should not exceed the minimum wages of unskilled labour as notified by the Labour Department.
- Disability ranging from 60-100%
- Total absence of sight.
- Visual acquity not exceeding 3/60 to 10/200 (snellen) in the better eye with correcting lenses.
- A lose of sense of hearing to the extent that it is non-functional for the ordinary purposes of life.
- Orthopaedic disabled with a permanent disability of 60% and above.
- Mental Retardation with I.Q. not exceeding 50.
Exclusion:
“Pension” wherever occurring in any Government notification concerning Social Security Benefits means and includes, income received or accrued from accumulated earnings, including schemes:
- *Provident Funds, or
- *Annuities from any source including Commercial Banks, Financial Institutions or Insurance.

- The main objective of this Disabled Pension Scheme 2020 is to make the self-reliant and empowered by providing financial assistance to the disabled persons of the state so that the society can walk shoulder to shoulder.
- Under this scheme, a pension amount of Rs 1800 per month will be provided by the Haryana government as financial assistance to the disabled persons of the state.
- Haryana Viklang Pension Yojana and other Social Security Schemes like Old Age Pension Scheme, Widow Pension Scheme are fully implemented by the state government.
