Mukhyamantri Saur Swarojgar Yojana Online Registration Process

In this scheme of integrated farming, along with the installation of solar panels, fruit, vegetable, herb production and silent farming on the same land will be encouraged. Seeds of medicinal and spongy plants will be provided free of cost.

To take advantage of the Chief Minister Solar Self-Employment Scheme, online applications will be taken on the MSME portal from this month. A fee of Rs 500 has been fixed for the application. It has to be submitted in bank draft or account number in favor of UREDA Director Dehradun.

Beneficiary Guidelines
  • The applicant must be a permanent resident of Uttarakhand.
  • Unemployed youth and migrants will be provided loans at eight percent interest.
  • Under the scheme, one person will be given only one solar power plant.
  • Electricity will be purchased through UPCL for 15 years.

ABOUT SCHEME
Mukhyamantri Saur Swarojgar Yojana 2023: Online Application Form PDF Download – Uttarakhand CM Trivendra Singh Rawat on Thursday (October 8, 2020) launched Mukhya Mantri Saur Swarojgar Yojana. The Yojana aims at creating self-employment for nearly 10,000 youths in the state. The beneficiaries will be allocated solar plants of 25 kilowatts each. 10,000 people will get self-employment under this scheme.

Application and Selection Process for the Scheme

1. Applications will be invited / received by UREDA on online portal for this scheme.

2. With the application, each beneficiary will have to deposit Rs. 500 / – (including GST) as application fee in the form of bank draft in favor of Director, Ureda, Dehradun or UREED account no. 4422000101072887,] IFSC Code: PUNB0442200 , Branch: To be submitted to the assembly.

3. For scrutiny of applications received, a ‘Technical Committee’ will be constituted in each district.

SCHEME OBJECTIVE
  1. The aim of the scheme is to promote the production of green energy and to provide self-employment opportunities to the youth of the State and returning migrants.
  2. To prevent migration in the search of jobs in hilly and rural areas.
  3. To develop means of income by planting solar power plants on such agricultural land which is becoming barren.
  4. To promote the production of green energy in the state and ensure the fulfillment of RPO.

BENEFICIARY BENEFITS
  • Eligible persons can apply under the scheme through online portal
  • One person will be allocated only one solar power plant
  • Each beneficiary of this scheme will be allocated solar plants of 25 kilowatts and 10,000 people will get self-employment under this scheme.
  •  1.5 to two drain (300 sq m) of land will be required to set up a 25 kW solar plant. It will cost Rs 10 lakh.
  • The beneficiaries can take loan from cooperative or nationalised banks.
  • The co-operative bank will provide loan for this scheme for 15 years at an interest rate of 8%.
