The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) is the process of providing free education for every student. CG RTE Admission Eligibility Criteria
Beneficiary Eligibility Guidelines:
- Applicant should be a permanent resident of Chhattisgarh.
- The annual income of the parents should be ₹ 100000 or less.
- The applicant’s family should be living below the poverty line.
- The applicants need to have age limit of 3 years to 05 years for Nursery & 05 years to 07 years for Class-I.
- Students should be below poverty line i.e. family should have BPL ration card.

- The Right to Education Act was passed by the Government of India on 4 August 2009.
- From 1 April 2010, this law was implemented all over India.
