Bihar Laptop Scheme has been launched by the Government of Bihar. Through this scheme, financial assistance of ₹ 25000 will be provided to the students who get good marks in class 12th to buy laptops. To get the benefit of this scheme, it is mandatory for the students of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes to get minimum 75% marks and it is mandatory for the students of general category to get minimum 85% marks.
Under this scheme, all those students who have completed the skilled youth program or are still doing it, will be given a free laptop by the Bihar government so that the children of Bihar can develop themselves by learning computers.

Beneficiary Eligibility Guidelines:
- The student applying should be a permanent citizen of Bihar state.
- To take advantage of the scheme, the eligible candidate is taking training under the Skilled Youth Program.
