Himachal Pradesh health secretary Amitabh Awasthi said that a special campaign is being carried out in the state under Ayushman Bharat- Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana to issue “Golden Cards”.

The Health department has targeted to issue Golden Cards to the remaining families by 31 March, 2021.

Ayushman Bharat Yojana Golden Card Online Registration Process

You have to log in to the official website mera.pmjay.gov.in and choose the HHD code. After this code will have to be given to Ayushman Mitra in the Common Service Center. Ayushman Mitra Common Service Center will complete the further process. Applicants will have to pay only 30 rupees for the Golden Card.

Step to Apply Online Ayushman Bharat Yojana Golden Card Application Form 2023

Step 1- First, Visit the nearest public service center, the public service center will see your name in the list of Ayushman Bharat Scheme.

Step 2- Looking for your name and If your name will be available in the Ayushman Bharat Scheme list, then they will be given a Golden Card.

Step 3- Next Step to, you should collect all your documents such as Aadhaar card, ration magazine, registered mobile number etc. to the agent of Jan Seva Kendra.

Step 4- Through which the agent will make your successful registration and provide you with the registration ID.

Step 5- Then the public service center will provide you Ayushman card in 10 to 15 days and you will have to pay a fee of Rs 30 to get a Golden Card.

How to Download/Print Ayushman Bharat/Jan Arogya Card Online?

Step 1- Visit the Official Website Ayushman Bharat Yojana i.e. https://pmjay.gov.in/.

Step 2- On Homepage, you will see the login option and Click on the Link.

Step 3- Login page will displayed on screen.

Step 4- Now, you will enter the email ID and password and click on the button of SIGN IN.

Step 5- Next Webpage, enter an Aadhaar number and verify your thumbs’s mark.

Step 6- In this page, click on the option of Approved Beneficiary.

Step 7- In new page, the list of all the people whose golden card has been approved will come.

Step 8- Then check your name in the list and click on the option of confirm print next to it.

Step 9- After clicking on the option, you will be redirected to the Jan Seva Kendra wallet.

Step 10- Enter your password first in the CSC wallet.

Step 11- Enter the valet PIN after the password.

Step 12- After that you will come to the home page.

Step 13- Here you will see the option of download card next to the name of the candidate, click on it and download and print the card.
