AIMS Portal 2022 @aims.indianrailways.gov.in
Summary: AIMS Indian Railways has introduced an online system to provide e-services to its respective staff (employees and officers). Through this portal, railway employees can view their monthly salary/payslip details, income tax information, provident fund details etc.
In this modern era of digitalization, where India is on its way towards full digitalization, Indian government has introduced a unique portal which is called as AIMS Portal (Accounting Information & Management System).
AIMS stands for Accounting Information Management System and this online system is made by the Indian railways for their employees. Till date, there are approximately 13,08,000 employee working day and night in different regions of the country to manage this humongous railway network. It is launched by Railway department for their employees.
All Railway Employees who want to get payslip and login through AIMS Portal then read all guidelines issued by India Railway. AIMS Portal Online Registration Process
An Employee gets access to his/her financial and personal data through this portal. Employee must register into this site to view their Personal details, Salary, PF, Income Tax Projections and to download PaySlips. As per guidelines of TRAI , subscribers have to submit his/her one time consent for receiving SMS alerts by sending the text SMS START to 09821736069.
Procedure to Apply Online AIMS Portal Application Form 2022
Step 1- Visit the Official Website of AIMS Portal i.e. https://aims.indianrailways.gov.in/.
Step 2- On the Homepage, Click on the Option ” Employee Self Service ” button.
Step 3- Login Landing will be displayed on the screen.
Step 4- Now enter the User ID and Password.
Step 5- Click on Submit Button for the final submission of the application.
Step 6- After entering the email ID, you have to also verify your email ID.
Step 7- To verify the email ID, an email will be sent to your respective ID which will then be verified with the link given there.
New Registration : Registration with Railway Employee Self Service
- If you are a new user, then you have to register yourself.
Step 8- For Registering with Railway Employee Self Service, an employee should ensure the following 2 Points:-
Aadhaar Number, Mobile number, Date of Birth is updated in IPAS. Permission to update Aadhaar Number and Mobile No is available with Pay Bill Clerks. Aadhaar Number and Date of Birth are being printed in Pay slip. The same can be verified by the employee.
Registering for AIMS SMS Alert
Since initial password is sent on employee’s mobile, consent is required to be sent to SMS Server by sending an SMS to a designated Number. This is mandatory as per TRAI guidelines. This is one time exercise and subscriber has to send an SMS with content as below to 08860622020.
Please note that without subscribing SMS alert as above, it will not be possible to get initial password on your mobile and mobile application cannot be used.
Step 9- Click on “New User Registration”.
Step 10- A screen (as below) asking for Aadhaar No, Mobile No and Date of Birth will appear.
Step 12- Here, enter your 12 digits Aadhar Number, valid Mobile Number (valid Aadhaar number & mobile number present with your bio-data) and Birth date, and then Click on Submit button.
Step 13- System will verify Aadhaar no., mobile no., date of birth from Employee’s bio-data available in IPAS. In case verification is successful, system sends initial password on employee’s above mobile number. System will ask for entering password on the screen.
Step 14- Enter password as sent on mobile number through SMS and click “Register and Login” Button.
Step 15- System verifies the password and if it is OK then Employee is registered with RESS and Home page of RESS will be displayed.
Step to Check Railway Payslip Salary
Step 1- Visit the Official Website of AIMS Portal i.e. https://aims.indianrailways.gov.in/.
Step 2- On the Homepage, From there click on the Employee Self Service link.
Step 3- Now, Log in through your credentials.
Step 4- In the Next Step, after login through your credentials, you need to click on the option called payslip.
Step 5- Track your payslip.
AIMS Password Recovery
Step 1- Visit the Official Website of Accounting Information and Management System (AIMS) Portal i.e. https://aims.indianrailways.gov.in/.
Step 2- On the Homepage, right side you will Click a link called ‘Employee Self Service’
Step 3- Login Page displayed on the screen that will ask you to enter user id and password.
Step 4- Scroll down and click on ‘Forgot Password’
Step 5- A new tab will open in which you have to enter your Adhar Number (in the user id box), mobile number and date of birth
Step 6- Now click on Submit
Step 7- If all the details are correct then new password will be sent on your registered mobile number
Procedure to Check Supplier Bill Status
Step 1- Visit the Official Website of Indian railways account and finance Portal i.e. https://aims.indianrailways.gov.in/.
Step 2- On the home page, click on supplier bill status link.
Step 3- On this page, you have to select The Railway And date
Step 4- Now you have to click on go and Supplier bill status will be on your screen
AIMS Portal Grievance
Step 1- Visit the Official Website of AIMS Portal i.e. https://aims.indianrailways.gov.in/.
Step 2- On the Homepage, you need to click “public grievance” option
Step 3- Go to the grievance option and select “lodge public grievance” option
Step 4- Fill the application form along with all mandatory details
Step 5- Submit the application form by select the “submit” button
Procedure To Check Status of Grievance
Step 1- Visit the Official Website of AIMS Portal i.e. https://aims.indianrailways.gov.in/.
Step 2- On the Homepage, you have to click on public grievance link
Step 3- You need to click on view status link
Step 4- now you have to enter the registration number, email id mobile number and security code
Step 5- After that You have to click on submit
Step 6- The status of grievance will be show on the screen
